Ciao! Una malaugurata coincidenza (sì, per quanto a qualcuno possa sembrare strano, una coincidenza e basta) ha sollevato un autentico polverone. Nello stesso giorno in cui sono accaduti altri eventi, che non hanno nulla a che fare con il NESTI Channel, abbiamo interrotto la collaborazione con l'Uomo Nero. Molti, purtroppo, ci hanno etichettati, gentilmente, come "caga-sotto", obbligati a sopprimere una voce favorevole alla Juve di Calciopoli, pur di sottostare al potere milanese-romano. Niente di più falso: la verità, l'unica possibile, è che non ne potevamo più, io e l'intervistatore Alvise Cagnazzo, di essere identificati con l'Uomo Nero, come se le sue opinioni fossero, in realtà, le nostre. No: il NESTI Channel può trovarsi a volte d'accordo, e a volte no, ma non potrebbe mai assumere una linea giornalistica aggressiva, e di parte, perché noi desideriamo essere moderati e imparziali. Per spazzare via questo dubbio, visto che l'Uomo Nero aveva preannunciato rivelazioni su Calciopoli e Lapo Elkann, e molti tifosi le attendevano, abbiamo deciso di chiedere al personaggio misterioso ancora una intervista, che, gentilmente, ha deciso di concedere. Apparirà, nella rubrica Mercato, dalle 24,00 della notte fra mercoledì e giovedì. Credeteci: la nostra forza è proprio l'autonomia, e non prendiamo ordini da nessuno, perché non avremmo più il coraggio di guardare voi, e guardarci allo specchio. Un saluto a tutti!

Una promessa, a volte, vale più di un giuramento all’interno di un tribunale. E l’Uomo nero, pur celato dietro il vincolo di un anonimato ormai coatto, disteso all’ombra di tanti pettegolezzi, a volte fuori luogo, non sembra corrispondere al tipo di persona che, fiutato il pericolo, decide di inabissare la verità nel silenzio, assordante, di qualche parola non detta. Si alzi il sipario rosso, o ciò che ormai ne resta. Tutti zitti, parla l’Uomo nero, questa volta, eccezionalmente, alla presenza di Carlo Nesti.


Domanda – Gentile Uomo nero, prima di salutarci, è pronto a soddisfare la morbosa curiosità che ha suscitato l’ultima promessa sancita?

Risposta – Io sono pronto, e non ho paura. Lei invece, dalla voce, mi sembra come al solito teso. Le telefonate, non mi spaventano. Vuol dire che il mio lavoro, che la mia missione, ha sortito gli effetti sperati. Dovrebbe far riflettere molte persone il fatto che io parli, come dice lei, con il vincolo dell'anonimato. Non cerco pubblicità, penso questo sia chiaro. Altrimenti, non avrei problemi a rivelare la mia identità. Che, purtroppo, non farebbe altro che schiacciare l'autenticità delle mie verità.

Domanda – Stia molto attento, però. Tutto ciò che dice, ricade su Carlo Nesti e su di me. Non è il massimo, per chi deve peraltro fronteggiare il suo ego spropositato. Non mi sono pentito di averle proposto questa soluzione per raccontare le sue verità, ma non penso sia gradevole confondere la verità con l’ambiguità, penso possa comprenderlo.

Risposta – Non è un mio problema. Ma capisco che possa esserne infastidito. Conta ciò che tu pari, non quanto o cosa tu sia, lo diceva un tale di nome Machiavelli, spesso ricordato per l’ormai banale massima secondo la quale il risultato è in grado di giustificare i mezzi. E’ normale che accada, bisogna pur pagare qualche scotto. Non esiste felicità senza sofferenza. Penso lo comprenda questo ragionamento, tanto lineare. O no?

Domanda – Non inizi a farsi domande da solo, altrimenti il mio ruolo sarebbe marginale.

Risposta – Ride – Non voglio dire cose scontate, ed alcuni quesiti che lei propone lo sono. Se le domande non sono puntuali, devo correggere il tiro. Lo faccio anche per lei, mi creda. Non sono affatto pentito di aver accettato il suo invito, anche perché dovevo farmi perdonare la non partecipazione nel suo libro, nel quale sarei stato in compagnia di tante persone che stimo. Ma le mie verità, a volto scoperto, non le avrei mai potute dire. A proposito di ambiguità, colgo l’occasione per mantenere la promessa che le feci nell’ultima intervista, mirando all'obiettivo. Perché, me lo consenta, la vicenda di calciopoli è il risultato di una serie infinita di ambiguità, che scorrono tutte nel medesimo fiume, con il medesimo passo, nel medesimo letto. Inutile ricercare la verità, quando la si ha sotto il naso, a sventolare. Il problema, a volte, non è capire chi governa i fili, ma sapere perché li governa.

Domanda – Prosegua pure, tanto siamo agli sgoccioli.

Risposta – Lei, non si preoccupi. Dovrebbe essere contento di queste rivelazioni, ed invece è triste. A volte, non la capisco proprio. Tornando al discorso iniziale, le dico che calciopoli, la vicenda Lapo Elkann e l’allontanamento della Triade sono il risultato di un umano disegno, fatto con la stessa mano. Anche la firma, in fondo alla tela, è molto chiara.

Nesti - Gentilmente, se non è in grado di formulare prove concrete, consegnandole alla giustizia ordinaria e sportiva, eviti di mettere questa firma. Il NESTI Channel non può assumersi alcuna responsabilità, se le rivelazioni sono fondate solo sul pettegolezzo, per cui si regoli di conseguenza.

Domanda – Andiamo al sodo, gentile Uomo nero, senza esagerare se possibile. Il tempo stringe, e fa il suo dovere. Cosa pensa del caso Elkann, e cosa collega questa vicenda a quella di calciopoli ed alla cacciata della Triade?

Risposta – Al momento, la situazione di Lapo Elkann è molto fluida. Prima di una certa serata, era il rampollo di casa Fiat. L'Uomo del futuro, secondo Gianni Agnelli. Pensi che da ragazzo, lavorò per diversi mesi nella catena di montaggio della “Piaggio” sotto il falso nome di Lapo Rossi, sempre sotto il vigile controllo di guardie del corpo in incognito. Proprio come il compianto figlio di Umberto! Doveva riuscire a carpire le esigenze della classe proletaria per poterla guidare, diceva sempre l’Avvocato Agnelli. E fu così, perché l’Avvocato aveva molta influenza su di lui. Mentre con John, i rapporti erano tiepidi. E preferirei fermarmi qui, se non le dispiace.

Domanda - Come presero quella decisione, in famiglia?

Risposta - Nessuno prese bene, fra gli Elkann, quella decisione, e mi riferisco all’inserimento nella struttura aziendale di Lapo nella veste di operaio. Ma nonostante le credenziali, e l'investitura dell'Avvocato, oramai è chiaro come Lapo abbia dovuto sopportare una vera e propria diseredazione, passando dalle stelle alle stalle.

Domanda - Prima di proseguire, le porgo una piccola domanda. Perchè nomina sempre Gianni Agnelli con il termine, formale, di Avvocato?

Risposta - Sono molto legato alla sua figura, ma non voglio andare oltre. Tornando al discorso precedente, le posso garantire che Lapo non lavorerà più nell'azienda Fiat, nonostante sia l’unico a conoscerla da cima a fondo, essendo stato costretto ad aprire una propria attività, venendo spedito in America. E sa perché?

Domanda – Lo chiede a me?

Risposta – Ride – No, è per dare seguito ad un discorso che lei interrompe sempre. Una bella sera, il segreto di Lapo viene però infranto. Quello custodita fra quattro mura. E non si dica, fra gli Elkann, che quella passione di Lapo fosse estemporanea. Tutti sapevano, ma nessuno ha mai fatto qualcosa per aiutarlo. Si aveva come una certa paura, o diffidenza, nel parlarne. Una famiglia attenta, se ne sarebbe accorta, nonostante non fosse più detentore di un’età adolescenziale, Lapo. Il rapporto con la signora o signor Patrizia, un quarantenne trans brasiliano, era in calce da molto tempo. Si è mai domandato perché un ragazzo con possibilità immense decida di barattare una serata in una lussuosa discoteca fra champagne e donne, al centro di tanta compagnia superficiale, con una piccola festicciola in un appartamento alle spalle di un quartiere mal frequentato? Lui, in quel posto, ci andava da un po'. Strano però che, in quella sera datata 11 ottobre di ben tre anni fa, qualcuno lo abbia adagiato ai bordi di un palazzo, in mezzo alla strada, senza il suo cappotto. Anche il peggior nemico viene aiutato, in un momento di difficoltà estrema.

Domanda - Continui pure.

Risposta - Eppure, qualcuno decise che era meglio lasciarlo riverso a terra, in una agonia infinita. Magari, di mettercelo in quella posizione, dopo aver osservato tutto da una posizione defilata. Perché da tempo Lapo era seguito da una troupe di fotografi, che avevano stretto amicizie con le sue compagnie stravaganti.

Domanda – In quella sera, cosa successe?

Risposta – Si recò, al termine della giornata, come in una delle tante sere divenute consuetudinarie, a casa di Patrizia, per passare le solite ore di compagnia disinibita.

Domanda – Era in compagnia?

Risposta – Preferirei non rispondere a questa domanda. Ma Patrizia fu qualcuno a presentargliela. Non è esattamente quel tipo di compagnia che si incontra in Piazza Castello. Per lui, era divenuta oramai un piacevole diversivo andarci. Ha sempre sofferto, sin da ragazzo, di una leggera e non debilitante forma di ossessività compulsiva, Lapo Elkann. Quella che ti porta a controllare più di dieci volte il gas prima di uscire di casa, o verificare l’inserimento dell’antifurto della macchina sino a consumare la maniglia dello sportello del guidatore. Aveva solo bisogno di sentirsi amato, desiderato. Cosa che evidentemente in quell'appartamento tanto piccolo sentiva. Lo chieda alla sua precedente compagna Stella. Lo sa quale era la domanda più frequente che le rivolgeva?

Domanda – Non penso sia necessaria questa precisazione, nella sua disamina.

Risposta – Questo lo decido io, di certo non lei. Non vorrà interferire nelle risposte, oltre a fare delle domande scontate, spero.. Lui le rivolgeva la stessa domanda, a tutte le ore. Le chiedeva: “Mi vuoi bene, vero che mi vuoi bene?”. Era una continuazione, quasi una routine spasmodica. Un segno di debolezza, lo stesso che lo ha portato a subire il tradimento di chi riteneva amico. Lo stesso che lo ha affondato. Da quel momento, la vita di Lapo è cambiata. Come una pila di dadi che cade, ed è difficile da ricomporre nello stesso modo.

Nesti - A me Lapo Elkann sta simpatico. Credo che, per una come Martina Stella, forse avrei lasciato ad Alvise Cagnazzo anche la direzione di questo sito Web, mi creda... Nel senso che ho gusti leggermente diversi... In ogni caso, sono tanti i casi di ragazzi benestanti, che posseggono tutto, e che, proprio per questo, non riescono più a eccitarsi, se non con esperienze speciali. Io sarei sempre disposto ad aiutarlo, e ad abbracciarlo, se mai avesse bisogno di me. Non è il primo, e neppure l'ultimo a essere caduto nella trappola dell'eccesso vizioso. Gesù ci ha insegnato a perdonare, ma a uno come lei, forse, questo non interessa. A me, invece, sì, e anche molto!

Domanda – Cosa c'entra con il caso Moggi e la retrocessione della Juventus, mi scusi?

Risposta – Mi ci faccia arrivare, per cortesia. Quando Lapo Elkann arrivò all’ospedale Mauriziano di Torino, c’era già un fotografo. Ma non fu Luciano Moggi a chiamarlo. Non è difficile immaginare chi sia stato, però. Con i telefoni, penso sappia che oramai si può fare di tutto. La cosa strana, che più mi ha sconvolto, è però un'altra. Possibile che la Fiat, la grande azienda Fiat, non sia stata in grado di sborsare qualche misero spicciolo per proteggere Lapo, comprando un determinato servizio fotografico, in un momento tanto delicato per un componente della famiglia Elkann?

Domanda – Non colgo, Uomo nero.

Risposta – Lei non vuole cogliere per non andare alla guerra. Persino Maurizio Costanzo ha fatto da intermediario per poter acquisire le foto compromettenti di Totti. E Moggi, ai tempi di “Viva Lein”, coprì così bene i vari Tudor, Montero e Athirson, il quale giunse in Italia soltanto per passare serate poco ordinarie, mentre la moglie incinta lo aspettava a casa, che la fuga di notizie fu relativa. E non si conobbero mai i particolari, come quello di Montero che si fidanzò con una di quelle ragazze per qualche mese. E quando la Juventus vinceva gli scudetti, le feste, se in tal modo vuole che le chiami, le organizzava tutte Moggi, per il divertimento goliardico dei calciatori. Eppure, nessuno ha mai saputo niente. Mentre all'Inter quando si faceva una scappattela la notizia andava in mondovisione a reti unificate. Vede, è per questo motivo, che non comprendo il lassismo mediatico degli Elkann nei confronti di una situazione che, pur grave, sarebbe stata gestibile. Insomma, possibile che la Fiat non sia riuscita a trovare un accordo economico?

Domanda – Cosa insinua?

Risposta - A mio avviso, non hanno mai voluto raggiungerlo, un accordo per insabbiare la vicenda. Non creda mai alle storie che parlano di lupi spregevoli e di indifesi agnelli. A volte, sono proprio gli agnelli che si buttano nella bocca del lupo, perché possono ritenerla la soluzione più facile, per risolvere problemi altrimenti irrisolvibili. Tanto è vero che Corona riuscì ad intervistare Patrizia, la sera stessa, per ottenere delucidazioni in merito. Come è possibile questo? Ma si rende conto che senza una soffiata non ci sarebbe mai riuscito? Si riuscì a confezionare l’intruglio da tempo sognato. La medesima Patrizia, aveva guarda caso dei rapporti di conoscenza profondi con determinati fotografi, e non solo con loro. E mi fermo qui. E quella sera furono guarda caso scattate delle foto nell’appartamento ancora caldo. Il cachet della sedicente Patrizia si aggirava sui sei milioni di lire a serata. Quella notte, inoltre, Lapo Elkann non era vestito da donna. Come molti hanno detto. Eppure, le querele da parte degli Elkann non sono partite verso quei media che hanno infangato il nome di Lapo. Lo hanno esposto al pubblico ludibrio. Forse, conveniva iniziare a spalare qualche centimetro di terra per poter scavare la fossa a qualcuno.

Domanda – Si assume la piena responsabilità di quanto detto, Uomo nero: noi ci dissociamo. Proviamo a continuare. Perché, secondo lei, pochi minuti dopo il malore ci fu l’assalto dei fotografi nell’appartamento, con un tempismo imbarazzante considerando i contorni grotteschi della vicenda?

Risposta – In quel periodo, le intercettazioni erano a pieno regime. E poi si ha il coraggio di lamentarsi se qualcuno usa i telefoni anti intercettazione. Gli stessi di Moggi: vicenda Telecom docet.

Domanda – Cosa c’è di sospetto in quella vicenda?

Risposta – Sono stati abili nello sfruttare una positiva serie di coincidenze clamorose. Sono stati abili, ho detto. Ed è un complimento con il retrogusto dell’inganno, il mio. Non farò nomi, potrei parlare di omissis o di omissis. Ma sarebbe troppo, anche per uno come me. La aiuto a riflettere, in quel periodo, Lapo dichiarò di voler diventare presidente della Juventus, elargendo frasi ironiche, e badi bene non offensive, su Luciano Moggi. Frasi che, in un altro contesto, magari più disteso, neanche sarebbero state riportate o prese in considerazione. Eppure, accusarono Moggi solo per uno scambio di battute salaci. In letteratura, sa come si definisce la figura cucita addosso a Moggi? Quella dell’utile idiota, cioè della persona poco protetta ed ingenua, che alla prima spallata non può che crollare a terra non sapendo come rialzarsi. Anzi, non potendo rialzarsi.

Domanda – Quindi, a suo avviso, le accuse rivolte a Moggi sono infondate?

Risposta – Le dico che sono utili per chi desidera realizzare un bel progetto. La storia insegna che non è mica difficile ordire un complotto, basta rintracciare un movente e due coincidenze. In quel periodo, stia attento, Moggi stava per firmare il rinnovo del contratto sino al 2010, al pari di Giraudo e Bettega. I soci di maggioranza della Juventus, anche mediante interviste, riuscirono a benedire quel rinnovo. Vennero persino diffuse immagini di Gabetti abbracciato alla Triade, con tanto di frasi volte a ricordare la vicinanza degli Elkann al gruppo dirigenziale tanto caro alla Famiglia Agnelli. Strano che, nel giro di due settimane, si sia deciso di rinnegare l’accordo sancito con la regia di Gabetti. Strano che Montezemolo non abbia alzato un dito per difendere Lapo, o che gli Elkann non abbiano riproposto in seno all’azienda Fiat lo sventurato protagonista della serata. Come è strano che Corona offra in esclusiva per cinquanta mila euro l’intervista di Patrizia al coordinatore di un popolare settimanale scandalistico di nome Signorini, ma si accusi egualmente Moggi. Eppure, con tutti i fotografi già appostati sotto casa, con Corona nei paraggi, possibile che sia stato accusato di tutto Moggi? A questo punto, si potrebbe dire che è colpa di Moggi anche l'indulto, la persecuzione delle minoranze etniche o il rialzo del carburante. Lui ha sbagliato, ma non è stato il solo.

Domanda – Ci vuol far capire, allora, di chi è stata la colpa?

Risposta – Io posso fare solo una semplice considerazione. Senza giri di parole, esiste il principio dei vasi comunicanti. Ci sono tre contenitori, con la medesima acqua all’interno. Poniamo che si chiamino Juventus, Ferrari e Fiat. Bene, se viene per caso tolta dell’acqua a quello chiamato Juventus, gli altri due si riempiono sino a straboccare. E se ci aggiunge il contenitore speciale dell’Ifil, il discorso è più chiaro. Guarda caso, oggi come oggi, i conti della Fiat, della Ferrari e dell’Ifil volano. Quelli della Juventus, no.

Nesti - Si fermi qui: le consento solo di formulare questa considerazione. La gente deduca quello che vuole, su eventuali responsabilità all'interno del gruppo. Lei non è in grado di provarle, e restano, perciò, frutto della sua fantasia. Noi non le condividiamo.

Risposta – Faccia come crede: il padrone di casa è lei. Ma un altro elemento in grado di corroborare la mia tesi è legato alla spartizione del patrimonio degli Agnelli. La signora Margherita è in causa per la spartizione dei beni, una causa che ha presentato contro Grande Stevens e Gabetti, guarda caso sostenitori della cordata Moggi insieme ad Andrea Agnelli, anch'egli sparito dalla circolazione, nonostante sia l'unico vero Agnelli.

Domanda – Si assume la piena responsabilità di quanto detto, Uomo nero: noi ci dissociamo. La Juventus cosa ha da spartire con questa situazione?

Risposta – La Juventus ha avuto la sfortuna di avere un direttore generale accusato, senza prove concrete, dai media, mediante il pretesto di una semplice ed ironica battuta di Lapo. Oltre che di avere un rivale come Montezemolo, interessato, ovviamente, più alla Ferrari. Ha patito, la Juventus, nel vivere il disastro del caso calciopoli nell’esatto momento in cui la Fiat ha attraversato la sua più grande crisi. Come chiedere ad una mamma premurosa a chi dare da mangiare per primo a due figli affamati ed infreddoliti? Non lo trova difficile? Nonostante il grande baccano, però, non mi sembra che si sia deciso di far rientrare Lapo nei rami dell’azienda. E’ stato costretto ad andare via dall’Italia, e nella Fiat per lui non ci sarà più posto. Il concetto di famiglia, pensavo contemplasse la solidarietà ed il perdono amorevole fra i componenti di un medesimo nucleo, evidentemente mi sbagliavo. Ma nessuno si è fatto la mia stessa domanda, perché la cosa importante, badi bene, non è risolvere i problemi, ma trovare un mostro con le mani sporche di sangue. D’altronde in questo sistema, in questa società, si suole redimere il peccato ricercando un mostro.

Domanda – Perché cita Montezemolo?

Risposta – Montezemolo si è battuto per evitare che la nuova Juventus ricorresse al Tar, salvo poi accusare i rivali della sua ricca Ferrari minacciando di ricorrere alla giustizia sportiva. Perchè?

Domanda – Sta accusando Montezemolo di fare gli interessi della Ferrari e della Fiat, prendendosi le dovute rivincite per essere stato sostituito da Moggi alla guida della Juventus?

Risposta – Questo lo dice lei, ma Montezemolo alla Juventus storicamente non ha mai dato nulla. E se bisogna essere sinceri, ha sempre tolto qualcosa. Nel suo breve periodo di gestione, la Juventus non fece altro che collezionare sconfitte e disonori. Sarebbe bastato un aumento di capitale prima della retrocessione, e Mutu non sarebbe stato ceduto per otto milioni. Ed il discorso può essere esteso ad Ibrahimovic, Viera, Cannavaro, Emerson, Zambrotta e Thuram. La nomina di Zaccone come legale, poi, mi sembra frutto di una strategia.

Nesti - Montezemolo è un personaggio straordinario. Sì, alla Juventus ha fallito (senza prove d'appello, dopo appena un anno di gestione), ma intanto non è stato sostituito da Moggi, bensì da Boniperti bis, e inoltre ha talmente rivitalizzato la Ferrari, che accusarlo mi sembra del tutto fuori luogo!

Domanda – Mentre preparo le valigie, la saluto. E le consiglio di moderarsi.

Risposta – Ride - L’avvocato Zaccone è un grande avvocato. Molto bravo, fu chiamato per cercare di scagionare anche i protagonisti della strage di Novi Ligure. E’ un legale da ultima spiaggia. Non è in grado di ribaltare i processi, ma di patteggiare e ridurre i danni. Questa scelta, a me, parve sin da subito come una mezza ammissione della volontà di dismettere il capitale Juventus. A livello di immagine, ma anche dirigenziale. Un avvocato non può chiedere la retrocessione ed una penalità senza prove contrarie e senza provare una difesa. Al Milan si batterono come leoni. A meno che non gli sia stato suggerito, da qualcuno, di pilotare la sentenza su di un percorso idoneo alle nuove esigenze della Juventus. Con la cadetteria, provi a ragionare, non è più semplice giustificare le future sconfitte? I futuri anni senza conquiste di Coppe o scudetti? Le rispondo io. Si, è più facile. Ancora non ho capito che fine hanno fatto i venticinque milioni che avanzano da una campagna acquisti disastrosa. Poi, vedo l'Ifil che vola, la Fiat che vola, la Ferrari che vola. E capisco tante cose. La Juventus, occupa solo l'ultimo gradino delle priorità.

Nesti - Questa è la sua opinione. Io, invece, ho ammirato la pulizia morale della nuova società. Si sono resi conto che c'erano delle colpe da espiare, e quindi hanno accettato la sentenza, ribellandosi solo, e giustamente, ai 2 scudetti revocati: il secondo grida vendetta.
