I've liked him recently but really not an ideal age. I suppose the idea is to get two seasons out of him as a good alternative to what we have whilst giving Rugani time to grow.

Luisao haha... Why do we need him? And for that salary? Juve must be crazy to do that..

We have Caceres, Bonucci, Ogbonna, Chiellini, Barzagli & even Marrone, that's more than enough. If we want someone than it should be someone younger and someone who is happy with a salary between 1-1.8 million

some young players can handle that pressure and are ready no matter how old they are. Juve should atleast give some guys a try in easier game and when we are winning. but on the other hand it isn't juve at all we barely give young guys chances. the pressure is high at juve but isn't that the same for bayern or dortmund or the dutch nt at the world cup were a bunch of young guys got their chances and grabbed them with both hands.

That's the second possibility: crack a young man morally under this pressure. At Juve you have to be ready, not steadily game some experience.
Oh yeah, and Pogba is a great example of this "morally cracked" player because of the pressure.

Why would we need him ffs together with Manolas...get Manolas and that's it.
Don't think we'll sell both Bonucci AND Ogbona.

And getting him INSTEAD of Manolas/other younger CB is just ridiculous.
He is good but fuck he'll be 34 in Jan.3year deal?sounds BS.

Pogba is obviously the exception, not the norm and he isn't fielded in an organising position where experience is often key.
Pogba isn't the exception, as Marrone was used as Bonucci replacement too and he was performing his duties very well.

Marrone is exactly the example you don't want to follow. Had much potential, will never amount to anything. He could only barely make it into the Sassuolo 11 last season. Wasted.

Rugani needs consistent game time (which is impossible at Juve) if he is to fulfill his potential and even then it remains a huge question mark.

marronne didn't get a change i am sure he could have been better if he had come on as a sub instead of pado or pelu as a cm not a cb

Lucio is a joke. That was such a waste of time signing. Hopefully Luisao will be better but still, 3M for three years is laughable. I guess they think he will be the Chris Chelios of football.
It was a master move. He came, said we have 30scudetti and left. :D
