Although it's hard to disagree with this post, Lucio still makes me sick to my stomach. I'm not saying this for a laugh btw, he is imo a genuinely filthy and disgusting football player.

economically it makes sense I guess.
It certainly makes sense from an economic point of view. Also, factor in that evenif Alves came in, he would not be starting. Therefore, the transfer fee of 8-10 million, with a player on his wages, would not be money very well spent when the likes of Lucio are available on a free transfer.


Now, it is up to Marrotta to take that money that would have been spent on a CB, and provide Juve with a quality striker, and a good LB/LWB
