Oh come off it. I also said I wanted our titles back and money, so why did you isolate one part of what I said and say "all he's asking for is an apology"?

That's based on the reality of the situation. We're not going to get the sum we're asking for because the FIGC isn't going to go and bankrupt themselves to pay it, so yes, I stand by what I said. I'd be happy with our titles back, a formal apology and a large sum of money but not quite what we initially asked for.

What would you hardcore negotiators demand on top of what I've said?
Do you really think if Juve takes the federation to court they will apologize?

I would ask for:

1- Sue every person that was in-charge of Calciopoli, every person no exception, Moratti among them.
2- Evaluate our compensation, player's market value back then, damaged club image compensation, loss of sponsor's compensations etc
3- Two titles back
4- Investigate Inter 4 titles "Because Juve was not part of the league and obviously Inter wouldn't have won" this is also Juve's right.
5- Italian federation statements broadcasted world-wide and not formal apology, there's a big difference, that states how Calciopoli was created and condemn the men behind it.

That's cute, but none of the additional things you listed are going to happen. If I shouldn't go into business you shouldn't be a prosecutor, because there's demanding maximum recompense and there's realistic negotiation.

Of course we'd all enjoy it if everyone involved was publicly hung out to dry, Inter got relegated and they live streamed a ceremony in which Moratti grovelled at Agnelli's feet, but holding out for those things would be futile and we would be wiser to demand what we can within reason.

Not holding, but accepting the minimum recompense is shooting yourself.

You are either innocent and you want to claim your loss (which is your right) or you're half guilty who will settle with less than minimum re-compensation.

I didn't say we should accept the minimum; that was you cherrypicking a single part of my post to make a point.

Do you really think we're going to individually sue everyone involved? No, that just doesn't happen in legal proceedings.
Do you really think Inter are going to be retroactively investigated on the grounds that Juve being in Serie A would have prevented them from winning titles? Come on.
Do you really think the FIGC is going to "broadcast world-wide" (whatever that means) statements that they conspired to screw Juve over based on shoddy evidence? It's not going to happen.

Yes, we should hold out for our titles.
Yes, we should be properly compensated for the massive losses to our revenue and image.
Yes, there should be formal statements declaring us innocent of all wrongdoing.

But some of the things you're asking for are the stuff of revenge porn fantasy, like teenagers asking for rapists to be castrated and sodomised.

This includes some of the people who are in charge of Juventus and some other important companies now. That is the reason why club did not/will not push for it.

Technically yes, you can sue every person who contributed to calciopoli through false evidences or was part of Juve's relegation.

Do you really think Inter are going to be retroactively investigated on the grounds that Juve being in Serie A would have prevented them from winning titles? Come on.
Do you even understand what I mean by investigating Inter?

On what grounds Inter won four Scudetti? On the expense of Juve no? Would they have had chance winning a title let alone four had Juve not been relegated <Moratti is part of it>.

Do you really think the FIGC is going to "broadcast world-wide" (whatever that means) statements that they conspired to screw Juve over based on shoddy evidence? It's not going to happen.
Why not? Is it impossible no? If they can issue a form of apology they might as-well explain to the world what happened and how Calciopoli was created. You have no idea probably the damage calciopoli caused Juve and I wouldn't be surprised. As much of a fuck many of us give that Juve are labeled cheats and thieves as much as it hurt(s) the image of the club.

But some of the things you're asking for are the stuff of revenge porn fantasy, like teenagers asking for rapists to be castrated and sodomised.
Calciopoli was a fantasy porn revenge too before 2006, no one would have thought and it did happen.

Of course we're never getting that sum. But we should be at least offered a substantial amount.

The most disgusting glory hunter to ever roam the land of tuz. His sole name makes me wanna puke.

And for his information...the barca board is so messed up between hookers and alot of corruption deals including neymar... is not even funny. WHile Juventus charges cannot be totally proved till today... they even had to fire a president for corruption.

Disgusting board. Great players but uber disgusting corrupted board.

We dont need that kind of fans here. Lol he supported over a 12 clubs until he found the most succesfull. Disgraceful

The big man was a good GM and a great negotiator. Some of the tricks he used on Inter's scouts are unbelievable, but he was that good. Now I hope Juventus would go after the 'corporate' compensation, but Moggi would go for the 'personal' in this post-calciopoli business.

    My demands:

1.) 2 titles back and our (OUR) official number of titles recognized by the leauge on all avenues.
2.) FIGC apology to Juve, fans, Serie A and FIFA for tarnishing a brilliant league and bringing a bad name to football.
3.) Compensation for damages (I won't speculate, @gray is right. You need something realistic for the court to take seriously)
4.) Anyone involved in the court process of Calciopoli (including prosecution)brought to court and tried for the farce they initiated among other things like corruption.
    5.) Moggi's reinstated.

    ---

Having a decent list of demands is nice but being flexible should be primary. What I mean is, lets say getting 4 of those 5 would be a success so maybe saying we will forgo the money in compensation for the other things for this to roll out as planned. We would all like to see the Milan clubs burned to the grown but it won't happen. Probably nothing will happen but it would be a good day if it did.

We should buy Inter and make them our farm team.

I wouldn't say I'd enjoy the Milan clubs burned to the ground. It's far better humiliating them twice an year, although too much of anything is never good.

A lot of wishful thinking here. What has been done cannot be repaired. At the very most we might get our titles back which for me would be a great success. Its upto Juve then to spin the story to be of a club subjected to a great injustice and yet recovered quickly and is back to dominating. The Juve spirit and success DNA and that kind of talk.

The fuck? Why? We've got Beppe :shifty:

And personally i don't care about anything really other than massive financial compensation for the damages suffered by the club. Couldn't care less whether our scudetti are officially recognized, we won them, everyone knows it so it's not like they were ever really taken anyway. We should get money, and move forward. FIGC ain't shit.

No to us. Back to football in general.
