A brand needs to attract new fans, how this poor, broken team can attrect anyone ?
Small clubs and big clubs on the way down dont get new fans, winning teams do.
If Moggi will come back, and if he will help us build a winning team again, new fans will come, pepole would talk about this club in awe again.
The only way to turn the page on calciopoli and this awfull period, the only way to make pepole forget this is to beacome a feard team again, not beacoming a "nice guys" club that recive sympathy.

I'm with you. It's good Moggi is revealing the truth though. I hate Blanc, he's a disgusting pathetic piece of crap and knows nothing about soccer and he has to go just like Moggi said, and so does Ferrara (I have more respect for Ferrara).

However, Moggi shouldn't return. We're trying to build a new Juventus. We cannot go back the old management.

Also I can't believe Blanc spent $250 million euros in 3 years. He's an idiot.

My only concern would be that if Moggi gets pulled over again. If he does we would be back to serie B. Im not worried about our image, for I believe our cheater image was totally out of envy. How much wrong moggi did etc remains a differrent matter but the guy doesnt have enough power and the moratti and co as well as others can bring both him and juve down again. That said he has the knowledge and charisma to help us become that we once were, its got a risk but still id happily take.

Sooner or later some ref will make mistakes in our favour & not only the general public but the entire country (media, politicians) will come for us, all guns blazing.

Moggi was great for us for a while, but that moment in time has passed. It is time to move forward, instead of looking back.
As long as Moggi isn't fully cleared of what happened, no self respecting team will employ him anyway. It's just too much of a risk.

In fact i can understand why our current calls this whole thing a project. Its not a project for juve, but for them. For instance, where is Gigli? Why did he leave? How long is Blanc gona be the boss here? Can we actually rely on these people. I dont like the idea of changing people every now and then. The fact that Gigli left and Blanc replaced me, makes me think its is a project for them, aka "my time at juve is over"; meaning my project is over for Gigli.

Good thing paranoia isn't incriminating then. People can say and think what they want. Last time they at least had something to bring to court, even if it was a load of bullshit (in my opinion).

But it also won't necessarily mean a successful Juventus.

In another time or another place, someone who's now a well known historical figure, whose name is written in all the history books, could have been an annonymous no-one.

1994 was a year when Serie A was the best league in the world. Only 4 years earlier modern new stadiums were built all over Italy. Football wasn't as commercialized as it is now, not as much money were invested, and a guy like Berlusconi was forcing the others around him in Italy to invest more.
Being the best league, Serie A had no rivals in England or Spain and all the best players wanted to play in Italy.
Juve had the luck to have a youngster named Del Piero (came to Juve before Moggi) and later we hit the jack-pot with Zidane.

16 years later I don't see a 19 year old top talent in Juve and if a 23 year old Zidane is now playing in Bordeaux you'll see half of England and Spain offering more money for him that Juventus (with or without Moggi) can not afford to spend.

Then you have all Moggi's connections, associates from the past. Already having the links while at Napoli, taking the function of a general manager in the most successful team in Italy owned by the great Agnelli, only made Moggi stronger.
Does he still have the connections? Do people still want to work with him and co-operate? Can he still offer to them what he could back in the days?

It's not black and white. Having Moggi back doesn't necessarily mean a cheating Juve, but it's foolish to think that everything will become pink again.

It isn't, but that's also how it started for us many years ago.

I mean, there were even debates called in the Italian parlaiment because it was the public opinion that we were getting unfair advantages. This happened years before the whole Calciopoli thing started & the general public never let that go. In the end we were punished severely, and for most (Italian) people it looked like there was finally some justice.

You can call it paranoia (which it is to a certain extent), but it kept haunting us for many years and in the end we lost. I'd rather not go through that again just yet.
