Too many salty folks polluting the god's thread
You just told me in the Bonucci thread this:
Keep in mind that the club chose to sell him to a rival. They had no obligation to do so.
Moggi worked for juve since 1994.
We sold Baggio to Milan in 1995. Regardless what happened between Lippi and Baggio and emerging of DP, there clearly was NO OBLIGATION to sell Baggio to Milan. Surely could have sold to some Real Madrid or Barca or smth.

Why double standard viewing Dru? Milan went on to win the league next season.

And in 1996 we went onto win Europe

I'll take that same formula 10/10 times

Btw I couldn't care less about winning Serie A. Being the tallest midget isn't something to take pride in.

Completely different situation. Back then all the money was in Italy, so selling abroad wasn't really an option for a player like Baggio.

“Fans are complaining and blaming Juve for the best Italian defender being sold to Milan, but they should take into account that the management – starting with President Agnelli, then Beppe Marotta, Fabio Paratici and Pavel Nedved – have so far shown that they always look to the future,” Moggi told Libero.

“Supporters have short memories, they do not think about what the club are doing, they want everything immediately. They were happy when Juventus landed Higuain but weep about the loss of Bonucci.

“Look at it this way; Neapolitans invoked all possible evil towards Gonzalo, and yet Napoli had a great seasons without him as Dries Martens replaced him in did a good championship without him, replaced by Mertens in the best way possible. The same can happen to Juve and fans should have faith, because Mattia Caldara…”
