That is a tough question, because in order for it to happen, I think that juve will keep having to fish into the Tevez/Pogba/Llorente type waters for the next couple of years in order to do that.

The growth has to be gradual. Young players are going to have to be brought in to supplement the more expensive signings, and that is why we are seeing so much more of a focus on younger talents throughout Italy and those who are sent to other leagues as well.

Juve can't afford a 30 million euro mistake. It would cripple them. For teams such as PSG, RM, Barcelona, it's just a write off.
True, we definitely can't hope to compete with the rich clubs for established names. Our scouting has to improve and look beyond Italy (and the occasional Icelander and Barca youth reject).

I think it has already improved. Certainly moreso than the previous Secco regime.

And they have expanded, when you consider the Appelt brothers, Buoy, into the mix, and at least they TRIED to sign Erik Palmer Brown, but there was no way that MLS was going to let him go for only 1 million dollars.

Nice try though, Beppe

It's simple:

People don't give Marotta enough credit for some of the signings

People tend to ignore failures that Moggi had

Try to find some middle ground folks. Moggi was great, but after everything, it's not like Marotta is garbage. Marotta is yet to prove himself, possibly this summer if we sell Pogba. We'll see how he handles 50mln on the market, but I doubt he's gonna screw things up like Secco did.
Middle ground on tuz

Not many people are brave enough to sell Zidane and buy couple of players with whom then Juve beat the same stellar Madrid with Zidane, twice.

And Cannavaro-Carini... I mean its epic, epic.

Why people always count the value of the exchanged players in the total sum of a transfer?I mean, Emerson was something like 13 million euros + Brighi. How exactly this is 25 millions??

Τhe same applies for Amauri as well.15~ million euros + Nocerino and everyone says it was an 25 million euros transfer.
