Listen.

1- I don't buy conspiracy theories.
2- I don't buy other people's opinions-
3- I see things as they are.

A couple of years ago I went to Turin to watch Juventus play. It was the last game in Serie B. What did I see? I saw a team playing in Serie B. How did this team end up there? In a way or another, some people call it cheating others call it conspiracies and some call it a scam. You can choose whatever you want to call it. I see it as Moggi's fault and you can't convince me by posting articles gsol has imagined.
Sorry do you think he did something to justify religation and fine?
I really can't see it.

He very openly criticized officials of the league and federation (like Carraro), he insulted other directors and coaches (called the Della Valle brothers faggots), he basically conducted himself in a less than professional manner.

What makes you so sure he didn't do more than that?

I'm glad to see though that despite the "relegation", we are still challenging for the league. It shows that we are a strong club no matter what and no matter what goes against our favor.

Nothing else?
Because these article 1 violations you mentioned weren't the reason we were relegated.
Criticizing and insulting other people wasn't the reason we were relegated.

Listen, i know you'll disagree with me, but Moggi's bulk of acts whose purpose was getting an advantage over the opponents is the reason we were relegated. (at least officially that's the reason). I believe that's the well known illecito strutturato.
Moggi didn't fix a match, didn't buy a referee, he didn't bribe them, but he was doing many things in order to influence them and these things form the well known Moggi system.
So, what were these "many things" the rival fans mention when they quote illecito strutturato?

It wasn't criticizing and insulting other officials. It must be smthg else.
