And no, he is not exactly what we needed, if he was he wouldnt be thought of only as last minute signing.

It wasn't ofc a year overdue, but we really needed this. Maybe Vidal's sale could have been dealt in a better way, but we did some really great moves this summer.

I think losing Pirlo, Tevez and Vidal, 3 key guys on and off the field for this team was too much to overcome dispite some nice signings. Just too much change at once.

Nah not Sampdoria, he would seem more like a Genoa type, after they loan him from Napoli when he failed there.

Not a perfect signing by any means, but at this point he is kinda what we need. Someone capable to keep the ball under pressure when most of our currently available mids are looking to get rid of it as soon as possible.

Pirlo wasnt a key player any more, sure he could have his uses. I'll miss his free kicks.

Pirlo - Khedira

Tevez - Dybala

Vidal - the only player we didnt replace. A tad disappointed tbh, but we gotta move on.
