True! However Davide Lippi's problems don't appear to have been resolved yet! If Lippi snr joined Juve, it could be that we end up being accused of something else if the investigation into the GEA doesn't clear Davide Lippi before Marcello took over Juve.

Who knows what's going on in their minds. Waiting for Lippi is not practical and if there's anything they can do to speed the progression of his 3rd tenure...I wouldn't be surprised.
