Ya, G forces are desperate. They entered the Tunisian side of the border today, and attacked refugees and rebels there. The Tunisian Army eventually interfered and caught several of G's men.

I don't believe it for one second. He's just trying to get pity from the international community, and trying to stop the NATO from bombing his houses and compounds. Libyan state TV is the source of this news, and to be honest i don't even believe the weather news on that channel.
