"My words have been misunderstood" just isn't enough.

He should have followed up with "What i wanted to say, is..."
and explained in detail. The statement took him long enough after all.

This isn't going to calm down the internet at all.

I can already see the "Oh, so now it's our fault?" Replies.

Definitely a pretty lame, whitebread statement.

I know. Kidding, of course :D I kinda have a PhD in history and for some reason my Polish colleagues are the the craziest and best peeps one can meet in life. Whenever I go to Poland or any other conference with Polish participants, I'm having the best time in my life
This last year I was in Poznan and Katowice. Best time ever :D

Because Poles are very hospitable. And despite the fact that the west of Europe considers us less tolerant, it is not. Unfortunately, our biggest problem is to tolerate each other, as a nation we often cant communicate. Only when we are over the abyss of war or existence, then we can unite.

Bonucci wrote an explanation. He did it well, even though it was probably the Juventus people who edited this post. Probably more than once he will be asked by journalists about this DRAMA. I hope, however, he will learn a few clever sentences and say it when he will answer these questions in front of camera. Because he has a problem with that.
Definitely HES not a racist just a simple, stupid footballer who has a big ego.

Nothing will calm the internet down these days tbh. We've seen it over and over again with politicians, comedians, journalists etc. It's always a not enough apology.

The key here is Kean and Matuidi being comfortable around him and the dressing room is positive.

True
At the most important months of the season, when we need calmness, he gave the entire world an opportunity to disturb our locker room atmosphere. Also, as you're correctly predicting imo, he will be asked continuously about this, especially by English journalists when/if we face City/Tottenham/Liverpool in the CL and that could affect him.
