Morata, Coman, Evra, Romulo, Pereyra.

I wouldn't say our team has improved much from last year. Morata has a lot of potential, sucks he got injured but hopefully he'll soon be back and prove worthy!

Coman's showing promise already but I don't think he can really make a big difference just yet, who knows if Allegri gives him more playing time he might.

The rest won't affect the team imo, we needed a quality CB to partner Chiellini and Barzagli (when he's fit again) as well as another striker on Tevez' level.

Fuck it, hopefully we'll make it out of the group stage this year and past the round of 16.

I'd rate the mercato 5/10

Had we actually advanced out of the Groups last year, we might have had a stronger mercato.

So it does happen, interesting. It makes it even more interesting when they see potential in their player making it an option to buy them back. RM can easily buy anyone they want (someone better than Morata) so there must be something there in this kids talent where the former parent club can buy anyone they want but the STILL want an option to buy him back.
What scares me the most is that, if they can bring in chicarito hen theres nothing stopping them from bringing back morata next season if he shines with us.

Juventus need nobody, shut up already
We need a CB... and an AM. We don't have the money to improve upon who we have already as CBs, and we don't have the money to make a serious bid for any decent AM. SO... nobody it is.

Yep. Well, if Real buy him back we make a profit so it isn't all that bad. If that is the case, then that means he not only did well but a lot of members will have a nice piece of humble pie to eat.

Meh. I wasn't expecting anything to be honest. Let's hope both Coman and Morata stay healthy, as I don't want to see that waste of space named Giovinco getting ample game time. Let's just use him in Coppa Italia games, and ties against incredibly weak opposition in Serie A.

Some might argue that we do need a defender and a striker (the management even said as much only last week), but I'd rather maintain the status quo than buy some of the $#@!stains Serie A has to offer, or the leftovers from other leagues.

Man Utd are $#@!ing $#@!s and I hope they fail miserably this season. A disgusting club with an abundance of delusional fair-weather fans.

6/10 mercato. Can't give it any more, and I don't think it deserves any less.
:agree:

6/10 just because we got a few young promising players that seem very versatile in where and how they can play. Any higher a rating would have required at least 1 solid starter signed.

I hope ManU doesn't qualify for CL next year. I have a feeling they won't. They're far too unbalanced. A powerful attack, but terrible defense, and a real lack of decent DMs. They're going to concede a lot. If Van Persie manages to recover, and Falcao stays healthy, that would help, but as things currently stand, I see them getting trounced by Chelsea, ManCity, Arsenal, and being about even with Liverpool and Tottenham.

bullshit -
CB
Bonucci, Ogbonna, Barzagli, Chiellini, Caceres + bonus Marrone - 5 1/2 central defenders, more than enough
AM
we don't need AM because we don't use the formation with trequarista, even if we are going to play 4312 we have Pogba, Giovinco, Pereyra and even Vidal who could be used under forwards

A very average mercato by us. The good thing is that the worst should be over. Next year we should have much more money through the new Serie A deal with Sky, the new CL deal with Mediaset, Adidas replacing Nike, the 4-5m more we get from renewing the sponsorship deal, the money from Napoli not qualifiying and hopefully more money from reaching the QF in CL, which should be doable.

Also there is some hope that Verona signs Sörensen for 3-4 millions and that QPR could sign Isla for 11m next year, which would cover the cost of finally signing Berardi. Or maybe im just too optimistic.

I don't get why we don't go for Nastasic though. City is ready to give him away, we should be completely on that. Would be a great signing and a fantastic finish of this years mercato.
