Same here.

I didn't see the game tonight, but if the price is right, I'd love to have Lampard at Juve.

He can provide exactly the sort of drive that the midfield will lack when Nedved retires.

I wouldn't pay him more than Gigi.
And i don't know if he deserves to get more than Trez either.
There is a huge difference between the salaries of our main stars.
For now Buffon is getting 5m, Trez 4.5, Nedved 3.8, Camo 3 and i'm not sure how much Del Piero is earning after he signed the new contract but he's somewhere between Nedved and Trez i think.

Lampard's salary could really be a problem. If he's getting more than 5m then we have a problem with Gigi. If he earns 4.8 then Trez may object, if he earns 4.5 then Del Piero and Camo can be disappointed.

Sooner or later we'll have to do what Milan did with the salaries. There Kaka is earning a lot more than the others while Seedorf, Nesta, Pirlo, Gattuso, Dida, Inzaghi, Ronaldo and Kaladze all get 4m EUR per year and if they sign some other quality, experienced and proven player he'll also be getting 4m eur per year *

If the reports are to be trusted, then Lampard is willing to accept 4.8 as his salary. For someone who's been living off the EPL's monstrous salary structure, you cant expect Lampard to accept something less than 4m.Personally,i think something in the range of 4.5m is a reasonable enough amount. His initial demand was 7m,and apparently he's brought that down by 3m.If we want to bring in a quality midfielder, wether its Van Der Vaart,Diego or Lampard,we'd have to pay them somethin the 4-5m range, atleast.Id love Lampard at Juventus, but if we have to buy a quality player who want ask for 4-5m,then maybe the board should pay more emphasis on someone like Hamsik. He probably wont ask for an high salary.

I wouldn't pay him as much as we're paying Del Piero, Gigi, David and Mauro.... If he accept less than It would be insane not to get him If he's requesting as much as our stars then I wouldn't sign him.

Lampard: I'm At Chelsea To Stay

Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard says he wants to see out his career at Stamford Bridge

With rumours as to his future still flying thick and fast, Frank Lampard has unequivocally stated that he wants to stay at Chelsea forever.

The England midfielder has been linked countless times with both Barcelona and Juventus, not least after he called off talks over signing an extension to his Blues deal.

But speaking on Thursday, Lampard said he postponed negotiations purely to concentrate on his football and avoid being misquoted in the press.

"I just want to do one thing and that is stay at this club for the rest of my career," he told the London Evening Standard. "If a deal could be done tomorrow I'd be happy with that".

This absolute rubbish in England their are no rumours like this and has far as I am concerned he is happy at Chelski, plus he is pretty useless and would not do well in Italy.

Chelsea have been playing surprisingly well without Lampard..infact i'd go as far as saying..they've improved because of his absence..they're playing good football now...
