yes, they are not professionals who meets with the youngster every day and can't see how a youngster perform in trainings, oh wait...

besides, who said anything about key role in the first team? just occasional plays and training together with the first team would've been enough, with such obvious talent he's gonna make it eventually, of course unless your coach is dinosaur allegri.

I’mm always pushing for the young players to get opportunities but no way was Yildiz ready last season. He improved a lot over the past year.
