I can't believe all the love Srna is getting after the UEFA cup final. He's in almost all fantasy formations.

i donno about that..it is not his fault..he did his job well if you see the stats...you can't blame him cuz lyon are 3rd. about the player of the year i think that ribery or gourcuff will take the title.
I meant, the best player in Ligue not the best French player. Its going to be between Gourcuff, Bastos and Gignac

Here is the coolest formation ever.

Buffon
Srna Cannavaro Chiellini Criscito
Essien Sissoko
Benzema Diego Giovinco
Amauri
Except Benzema is terrible on the right. Really useless, believe me, Lyon have tried him a number of times at periods during a game, playing him on the right of a 4-3-3. He failed miserably.

He hasn't played much with a partner, mostly he has played as the striker in a 4-3-3. Although i do think he would do better playing with a partner.

Kader Keita's development has stagnated. He's still extremely selfish with the ball, and his end product is still lacking. But he's still a sick dribbler.

even if we buy diego + benzema we wouldnt win without a good coach..
Nice how you judge that after Ferrara hasn't even played a game with Juve yet.

Whoa, I remember when he used to go down the flanks with loads of pace, and he used to have good finishing too. And yes, his dribbling. Sorry to ask so many questions but is Ederson any good? :D
He doesnt really,he has sublime ball skill & control, the guy is absolutely amazing.
True, it's amazin so amazin'.

He's a talented player, theres no doubt about that. He just needs to get the heck outta the Ligue, he's too good to still be playing there(although in my heart i hope he stays).

No man, you can ask all day long, its no problem :)

Ederson is a good player, i like him, but he's been wasted on the flanks this year which hasn't really got the best out of him. He's a technically gifted player that plays best centrally as an attacking midfielder. Now that Juninho is going, i think he probably will find his place as an attacking mid. Most probably Puel(if he stays) will employ a 4-2-3-1 next year with Ederson playing behind the strikers.

Inter's team is still way above us plus they have mourinho as their coach and they too are reinforcing...
we have an old weak squad with a few good players who are all way beyond their prime. We need a lot of work to do to catch up with inter and i dont see replacing ranieri by a noob coach is the solution. Its a huge gamble especially when you are playing mourinho.

Nah you hit the nail on the head when you said Lyon will have to sell because his value will drop & considering the ecomonic climate it has to be done come end of this season.Afterall i really dont think they want a repeat of the Sidney Govou saga.

Haha, thanks mate.
Interesting you say that because I've always thought he was a more technical player, a playmaker perhaps. If they bought him they should have known that his best position is central and not on the wing. You said if he stays, they have to keep Puel because I think with the given continuity he can do great things there, regardless of their season this year. But who knows what Aulas will do, and wether he'll decide to sell Benzema, because in the past he's reject a lot of money for him.
