Basel have made attempt to sign Kaio on loan, the market is still open in Switzerland, but Kaio said no as he prefers to stay at Juve, he also rejected offers from Granada & Sassuolo. (GdS)

#Basel is still pushing for #KaioJorge because in Switzerland the mercato ends on Feb 15th. Still #Juventus do not seem open to let him go: #Allegri appreciates the Brazilian even if he's not used a lot

Appreciate he wants to stay but theres no way he's getting any playing time here unfortunately. He'd be lucky to get the usual 5 mins here and there. At least at Basel he'd get some much needed experience and match fitness. However I'd rather he remained in Serie A at Cagliari or somewhere, so he can test himself against stronger opponents

If this guy is training worse than Kean then we need to worry. It’s very frustrating to have a talent on the bench who is never given an opportunity to show his value

he cost us some chips and not a lot of big european clubs were after him. he's probably not a great player after all. then again, we saw him less than zakaria, and zak has been here for only a few weeks. we have no idea what kind of player kaio is.

anyway, kean should ride the bench until we change our gameplan. he's all but useless for a team that doesn't care about possession. odds are kaio can't be worse, can he.

In the flashes we’ve seen of Kaio he doesn’t look like a goal scorer but his technique is 10x that of Kean. He probably should have replaced Dybala after the injury. At least that way the attacking burden would be shared. The McKennie sub was unbelievable
