a: be inside the box and it's a penalty or
b: be outside the box meaning he's crossed his line and stand to a second yellow - meaning he's off.

2nd Juve penalty: evident contact on pogba yet I haven't seen clips to finally judge if he's on the line or inside the box.

So the commentators of sky said that after reseeing the images the pogba penalty was on the line so a clear penalty , while the maicon one while it was a handball it was just outside . They also said that in this case the ref may have also been influenced by the fact that he shouldn't have went further than the wall line which he did , althrough that probably doesn't make much sense
