I'd say it's more realistic and "deeper", but less "entertaining", meaning less action and slow plot movement. I enjoy that immensely as well, but I can see why some people might turn that off. The dialogue is excellent for both shows, and while the same can be said about the acting, Breaking Bad edges it out by just slightly for me in that reagard, mostly just due to Bryan Cranstons performances.
Both are two of my favourite shows of all time, and I can understand everyone who prefers one or the other, but I don't think you can make a case for an of the two being better objectively.
