I can give you that it can seem, at times, a bit slow but that's the style of the show and it's not supposed to be more fast paced for entertainment sake.

I don't see it as a nescessarily bad thing, and that it is a major part of the style of the show, which makes it so damn good. My point is that both shows try to accomplish different things, and do that in a phenomenal fashion. Choosing the better show out of the two for me therefore just comes down to what type of show you prefer
