Oh FFS. If you laugh at someone's opinion, they'll react. Sweet Flying Spaghetti Monster, if I warned everyone who called someone an idiot on here, we'd have three members, two of whom would be Burke.

Burke would never use such a puny insult.

Mark, please don't react to this kind of thing.
Two of whom.....

But true.

But yo to Turk, how can you include Platini and not Zidane?

They were both at Juve for what? Three or four seasons, right?

Platini played in the greatest Bianconeri side ever and he definitely played his best football at Juve. Legend.

Zidane was excellent for the club and has stated time and again that "the Italian adventure was the most memorable one". Semi-legendary status.

Thanks for the stats, though, to be fair to Zidane, he played a bit deeper than Platini, so it's natural that he has less goals.

And that that Juve team played for Platini, and when he played, he was in his top level.
Q: Platini won those 3 golden balls in a row, right?

Now I remember, if I'm not mistaken only three players who made that record (won 3 golden balls) were : Platini, Cruyff & Van Basten
Platini is the only one who has won three in a row.

one thing i have realized jack, and i m sure you have as well, its that there is no point in arguing with anyboydy on the forum that has a reference to the italian national team, juventus, its players, or anyother team team for that matter.

I don't know how anyone can say Zidane isn't a Juve legend. He won two FIFA World Player of the Year awards and was in the top three once more, 1 Ballon d'Or, 3 Onze d'Or, and a World Soccer Player of the Year award while with Juventus. With the team he helped us to 2 scudetto, 3 cups, and we were runner ups in 2 Champions Leagues. The way some fans have been talking about Zizou you'd think they were Inter supporters talking about Ronaldo. It's not like he screwed the club over or anything when he left. He left because he had accomplished all that he felt he could in Turin. It didn't look like Juve was going to win a CL, which was the only thing left for him to do. Besides that it got us €66 million in spending money. Baggio left for no good reason really, and only got us a UEFA cup. Yeah he wasn't as loyal to the shirt as Del Piero is, and his legacy isn't as tied up to the club, but Zinedine Zidane is the greatest player to have ever put on the black and white.

On a side note, he had more appearances with Juventus than Platini or Baggio; he only had 15 fewer appearances with the old lady than Trezeguet has so far, and Trez is probably leaving this summer(he would have left already if he had his way).

May I just remind people that Although STATS are great, Football is comprived of 11 players.

A bad striker might score more goals than a good striker depending on the team he has with him.

Zidane is a definatefootball legend and also IMO club (Juventus) Legend.
