i dont care how much he scores, he is a ball hunter; if the ball doesnt arrive at his feet or head, he is unable to construct game, no assist, and no teamwork.
he lately fails a lot more easy goals than ever...
i agree

if the ball doesnt arrive at his feet or head, he is unable to construct game
i think his style like Ruud van Nistelrooy ...... compare with Dennis Bergkamp/Thierry Henry , he cannot construct game , it is his style
i think Miccoli can be a provider if he can to be first team player:rolleyes:

if chel$ki buy him. it is a really good news~~
maybe these cash is enough to buy two new player~!!!!!:D
it is not difficult to find another striker like Trezeguet

What about Torres? Some here forgot about him, but I really think that we will sign him. Here are my main points why!

We gave Atletico Olivera, and I am sure we will give them more players. This just shows, that we have a good "friendship" with Atletico. Torres wouldn't go to Barca or Real. He often said that, and why would Atletico strength another Spanish team. Thats why I think, that we could be favs to sign him.

Nike signed a deal with Juve last year. But apart from Davids, we don't have a player of these "Nike-stars" (Figo, Ronald....)
Now, that Davids is gone, Nike is surley interested to get one of their stars to Juve. Torres is one of these"stars", and I wouldn't be surprised if they would ask Juve to sign him. They would surley give Moggi some money too. They once did that with ManU (they asked them to sign Ronaldo, but he went to Real), and I think they would do that again.
All in all, I think Torres showed his class against Italy, and IMO he is one of the brightest stars on the sky! Lets get him!

i think his style like Ruud van Nistelrooy ......
Wrong....Ruud can dribble the ball and he is not afraid of useing it. He has also a techique and a outside shot......He is a all round striker. Youve mentioned Bergkamp & Henry....yess....they relly on technique but Ruud also has header & jump power. He is one of the best ALL-ROUND strikers in football right now

Henry doesn't rely on his technique, he relies on his speed. In fact Henry's technical moves rely on Henry's speed.

He is a great player, much better than Trez. He would be a great addition to Juve, after yesterday's game Moggi will have to look into him.

i wouldnt really say his tech is based on speed, speed of thought maybe, but not jus his pace. his tricks vary greatly. A example of someones tech that realies on pace is micheal owen....pile of crap.

Thats the most stupid thing ive heard, Nistelrooy is not a complete striker at all, he is a typical 9'er. The most complete striker in the world is Shevchenko, he is fast, excellent technique, good finishing, good in heading, works for the team, and at the right place all the time, He is the best in the world.

Whats the hype about Ruud, he is good, but wasting far too many chances, he was scoring like nuts for half a year each season, but not to forget, that manu is playing with ONE striker who is supported by the whole team.

Despite that, not only Henry, but Shearer is way above Ruud on the scoring list.

IMO Manu falling out of CL is mostly RVN's blame, who missed an opportunity at Old Trafford, let alone-front of the goal-thinking about 5 seconds-and than miss it like a primavera. Since Saha is there Ruud scores every once in a while, when the two are playing together he doesnt scores at all.
