To be honest even if we got demoted, we still remain the most succesful club, yes our honour is tarnished but I can still bet on loads of glory hunters still backing us up. Of course if the crisis continueed affecting our finance and then eventually lets say not being able to even come in the top three in the next 2 seasons after promoting then I wont be suprised if the glory hunters came out with their true colours. For the moment they know who they are and I think recent changes wont really pull them out.

More Enmeshed In Scandal As Italian Press Name Names The Roma-oriented daily newspaper 'Il Romanista’ published an exclusive article this morning in which it named the people allegedly linked to Juventus director Luciano Moggi’s network of corruption.


The names include people employed in various sectors of the football world, from the football federation and league, to the referees' association, to journalists, agents, club directors, and also State-run security forces.

The Romanista indicates that the Della Valle brothers, who are, respectively, chairman and vice-chairman of Fiorentina, appear initially to have been victims of the alleged Moggi-conspiracy, because they didn’t want to be part of it. However, in order to avoid relegation at the end of last season, they are alleged to have agreed to meet his demands and therefore crossed the line from being victims to becoming accomplices.

It is alleged that with collusion from referees, certain results were engineered to ensure Fiorentina's survival in the top flight.

Here is the list of names under each category revealed by the Romanista, a list that Turin-based daily La Stampa also decided to publish this morning.

True youve got a good point there.. its a similar thing in england, if newspaper comes out with something then its usually the newspaper that get sued theyre authenticity is checked and no legal proceedings are taken or anything till facts are checked. Infact by law the newspaper is usually advised to remain quite and not spill out too much as that brings out a fiasco amongst the public. Thats why the newspapers in england are very conscience of who they lay there blame on and how they should present there material.

hehe the new serie B or C will be the serie A. If teams like Milan, Fiorentina, Lazio and Juve were to go down (chances may be slim or whatever), but assuming they do I dont think any tv company with a brain on there head will ever throw away a deal with these clubs. Infact to say the least Juve ar one of the most supported team ins italy if not the supported team in italy. This is a great chance for tv companies to make tons of profit.

This is disastrous news… Not just one member of the bloody club but ALL members handed in their resignation. Why? Because we really did cheat on a large scale. It was the perfect plan for victory. Bribing the referees and making sure that Juventus got the bribed refs so that we could win. You would have to be extremely determined that Juventus were clean to believe that all the refereeing decisions that went our way through say the last 10 years were coincidental and due to human mistakes from the referees!

For the last many years Juventus Torino FC have conducted cheating on a scale never before seen in the history of football. Systematic doping abuse during the years 1994-1998 (and hell knows probably the other years too) combined with deliberate match rigging have helped the pride of Italy to so many titles. It was meant to be held secret but the truth leaked out to the press. I suppose the board was scared that we would be ripped off some of our titles. Now they’re not part of Juve anymore so the powerful bodies in football like FIFA, UEFA, etc. will find it harder to punish the club.

I have always myself condoned the mission to cheat. Juventus is the pride of Italy and we must always win. And if that means cheating I say fucking ok. I am happy and satisfied with all the titles we achieved through this systematic cheating. Sadly it will be more than hard to continue cheating now that everyone know how we did it.

It has to be said of course that our big success in the last decade was a combination of intelligence and cheating.

Relegation? That would be insane. I hardly doubt that they would have the balls to relegate Italy’s biggest, strongest, most successful and winning club. Imagine the consequences of that? How much money lost, the major decreasing interest for the world in Italian football. Another question is whether Juventus were the only team who cheated? I say that at least Milan cheated too. They conducted tax fraud to afford their golden dutch players in the beginning of the 90’. So should Milan be relegated too? Ridiculous! And that’s without mentioning the doping abuse which is all over Italian football. Should we relegate the entire Serie A then? Laughable…

No because juve, instead of just a football club, would be a dirty crime syndicate with connections that have led italian football to ruin. The fans will be hurt hard and dissapointed. They have been supporters for years of an ongoing charade. It's not about accepting punishement or not; ofcourse we should be punished ( if this is true ofcourse), that goes without saying.
You talk about 'true' fans. Is a fan who will continue to follow a scandalously dirty club a 'truer' fan or actually more of a blind fan.
