I think we should bring back the black square for the name & number on the back.

But that's not nike's fault. The UEFA says playernumbers have to be on a even background. That's why Barca's kit is always with a blue background.

Well Ahmed, there isn't much to work on in that case. It will be either a full plain back side, or the square. Can't think of any other solution on a striped shirt.
