To not totally trash this guy, if we really want to use his physicality on the wings, transform him into a fulltime right back. Otherwise he is waaaay to wasteful as an ofensive winger. He doesnttt have the braincells for it.

But he is fast and has good endurance and workload.

Make him a RB and i think he can deliver, at least he could be better tah dsiglio.

Doesn't suit holding the ball up, which is what happens with hard pressing teams. Ball just bounces away from him as he isn't intelligent in how to use or protect the ball, tries to be too direct and is easy pickings. When play is open and broken he is fine and a dangerous player.

the wingers in our 4231 are hardly offensive though, they defend just as deep as Khedira-Pjanič like in a 442, you wouldn't call those 2 guys offensive midfielders, right?
