CL is more decided by space/counters in offense, especially with speed and some indvidual spark, which Cuadrado provides plenty of when given the opportunity. A very useful unpredictable weapon in our corner that will sorely be missed. Kind of player he is exactly what we need more of in CL, daring and full of skill.
:agree:  At least someone gets it.

More clutch than the UFB has ever been in his entire career.

More concerned about the fact that we will have one less option to bring on from bench now. Think about it.

Higuain
Mandzu
Dybala
Costa
Berna

4 start we only have 1 to rotate or make sub in attack.

Watch Allegri play Sturaro as winger in some serie a game before or after CL.

we still may go with a front 3 instead of a front 4, that practically guarantees Sturaro as a destroyer in some Serie A game before or after CL :juventus:

on a more serious note, we'd be really fucked if we didn't have Costa/Berna duo. Cuads is still a big loss, but at least we have options now, hopefully he can give us a hand in the last weeks of the season

He was pretty unimpressive against Barca too. We must have pretty low standards if we call Cuadrado a clutch player in CL honestly. I do agree on his day , he could really turn it up but he's not some key puzzle in CL that we're going to miss. Time to give opportunities now to the more deserving ones e.g. Bernardeschi.
Bernardeschi will not even smell the grass in a CL game unless we are in a comfortable lead or really desperate late in an encounter.

Operation successful. Will be out for 30 days. Forza Juan!
I don't think he will play in 30 days, it will take at least two weeks for him to recover and he won't be that fit anyway. I guess he will feature by the end of the season or not at all and just focus on playing the World Cup.

Do people realise that if he hadnt gotten injured Allegri would have played against Tottenham.

----------Higuain
Mandz-Dybala-Cuads

Of course Dybala has had his own issues.

Just asking who would Costa bench if all these 4 avb.

No way is Mandzu benched. Dybala came good in the CL knockouts last year and by some people comments here Cuadrado should start for sure.

When in reality Cuads is mr Inconsistency.

Well this season we have adopted 3 man midfield, so those four will not start together.

If everyone is fit, Allegri will play Mandzukic-Higuain-Dybala with Cuadrado and Costa coming on as supersubs. That’s the most likely scenario.
