He has to be marotta's bag man or something. No way were the juve 'family' not finding a 'solution' to deal with him so far. Man, some of the places he's been to incidents happen on an hourly basis, especially with rich folks having a lot of free time.

Juventus renewed his contract to avoid a huge loss. So they're loaning him out till his contract expire
But even then rescinding contracts can be negotiated down if parties agree (some don't by much), a percentage of cents to the euro or however they choose, so I'd like to see what any potential difference would have been from doing that instead of reducing wages to extend his contract. Overall I think we are only bothered about how it looks on the books.

the difference is that if they negotiated a rescission of his contract Juventus on its books will have to write Jorge Martinez balance = -7m while this way in 2-3years they can write... Martinez balance= 0.
