Last I heard Mallorca wanted him on loan. He has two years left on his contract so we'll end up seeing him go on two loan deals and then leave on a free. This guy was easily Marotta's worst buy. The tactical failure could have been foreseen, and his injury issues certainly could have.

It's better if we rescind his contract...
I think i agree with you..But the board think that by not doing so we'll get some cash of him(which is just a hope really) which i really dont see it happening..

I think i would rescind both Iaquinta's and Martinez's contract..we should've done the same to Amauri long ago imo.

The "Malaka" Jorge Martinez is keeping farewell with Juventus. After the ill-fated 2010/2011 season at Juventus and Cesena wasted the opportunity, the Uruguayan is among the players from the club for sale in Corso Galileo Ferraris. To learn more, we contacted the player's agent Daniel Delgado, who updated us on the situation. Exclusive to TuttoJuve.com

Daniel Delgado, what is the situation today by Jorge Martinez?

"We still can not say anything, but we are working to find the best solution for the guy."

The latest rumors give Martinez close to return home to Nacional of Montevideo. Why was that?

"There is real interest of Nacional. They would like Jorge but he did not do anything because he is not willing to go for now in Uruguay. "

The boy's desire is to stay in Italy?

"Not only. There is this possibility but also from Spain, there are no offers. About him there are 2-3 teams and we'll see. "

When do you think will unlock the situation?

"I think this week could bring some interesting developments."
