I think Zebina is a good player. Sure, he makes mistakes, but after seeing months and months of our mindless dolt of a left-back, it really puts things into perspective. Molinaro makes tons of mistakes every match while Zebina's are much more sporadic. Jonathan is not that bad of a player.

Birindelli > Molinaro without a doubt.

Do you guys remember the Birindelli strike against Deportivo? LEGENDARY!

And people were insulting this player the other day. Shame.

:agree:

Biri is a footballer who has done great things.

Molinaro is an athlete, not a footballer.

the cross against Barca to Zala which knocked them out when we were a man down (Davids sent off) was beautiful as well

but recently he has not been playing anywhere near that level. Maby if he gets a run of games he can recover that kind of form. but who knows. How old is he?

Zebina would be of great use to use at the moment.

Actually, I made a mistake.

Birindelli >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Molinaro
That's true! Biri when he was younger and on form was a very good player, even at this time I wouldn't think twice putting him instead of Molinaro, eventhou he is fucked physically, but still he doesn't go forward and ruin the whole game.

No idea! His name isn't on the list of call ups. It was announced on Juventus.com that Van Stratten isn't available, but didn't say why. They never mentioned Zebina at all. Here's their comments: -

The Call Ups for Sunday.

Iaquinta, Stendardo and Zanetti are suspended for for Sunday's game against Cagliari. Ranieri has added Sissoko to the squad. Molinaro is fit and available, but Vanstratten is unavailable, so Christian Novembre will be taking his place (probably on the bench). In addition to the 15 players of the first team, Ariaudo, Castiglia and Esposito from the primavera are added to the team pool.

Here is the list of players called up: -

2 - Alessandro Birindelli
7 - Hasan Salihamidzic
8 - Mauro Camoranesi
10 - Alessandro Del Piero
11 - Pavel Nedved
12 - Emanuele Belardi
17 - David Trezeguet
20 - Raffaele Palladino
21- Zdeneck Grygera
22 – Mohamed Sissoko
23 - Antonio Nocerino
28 - Cristian Molinaro
30 - Tiago Cardoso Mendes
31 - Cristiano Novembre
33 - Nicola Legrottaglie
35 - Simone Esposito
36 - Luca Castiglia
43 - Lorenzo Ariaudo
