There isn't much of an "away fan" culture in Italy compared to other countries (England, Scotland, Germany etc). The only teams in Italy who travel with big numbers usually are the big clubs like Juve, Inter, Milan, Roma and Napoli.

Also the Tessera Del Tifoso ID Cards have also screwed away fan numbers in Italy even more.
