In Capitano's pics (the second one down), can anyone else notice those cables stretching from the roof to the corner of where the pitch will be? Are those the dreaded supports rods that everyone was barking on about?

Skip to 1:24. Notice those square openings on the 1st ring/tier where the fans enter the stadium? Compare that to pictures we are seeing now, and you realize that the height of the 1st tier as shown in the construction pics is maybe 40% of the total height/length (on the sides that do not have the VIP boxes).

New stadium will earn 35-45 million € per year in revenues, at least 30 more than today. J-C Blanc.
According to the financial report on Juventus.com, revenue from ticket sales was 18.4m last season. 35-45m a year is not quite 30m more, but something is probably lost in translation here. Maybe his total includes money from ticket sales and from the museum, restaurant's, bar's, etc.

Also we don't know if included in that amount is the Sportfive naming rights agreement which was something like 75 million spread over 15 years. That would be an extra five per year.

I guess we won't have to pay for stadium usage anymore. As far as i know, since our current stadium is owned by the city of Turin, we must pay something to them.

those extra millions will really add up throught the years. This stadia will relly help a lot Juventus. It is very clear that their main concern is not the capacity, but the overall experience this stadium will provide to players, visitors and fans alike.

WIth all those restaurants and modern installations, this will be a very nice boost for us. Just lets cross our fingers and hope that their marketing vision becomes a reality and this stadium turns to be a huge sucess.

I really cant wait for Champions league nights in this stadium.... they will be explosive!!

whats the name of the stadium anyways?

Agnelli stadium would be a classic!

the statement said stadium revenue, it didnt mention ticket sales
i understand that those two are seperate
stadium revenue probably covers money earn from stadium visits, tours, renting of the VIP boxes, advertising etc

if we name it 'emirates' or whatever else corporate name we can get a few millions from there alone
