 this country works of that way
Cool? Convenient for you this time perhaps, but that sounds an awful lot like corruption, wich isn't cool unless you are very rich.

I didn't do my test... My mom paid to a guy some money and he did all the work for me... haha I mean, I went to a place but I just gave to the person my documents... and then... they gave me my license

 this country works of that way
Wrong choice of smilie, unless you're proud of cheating the millions of honest people out there that actually have to go through tests and lessons, costing up to hundreds of pounds in order to get a license.:groan:

What is the world coming to... :sigh:

no no no... I said it was cool because I got my license of that way.. but I am against it, I mean I hate that in this country you have to pay money if you want something fast or well done...

yes, I know maybe I am a bad person but if I don't pay I can't do what I have to do.. like have my passport or something so.. I need to pay because If I don't I won't have anything :(

It's not like I am with the corruption but in this country you have to use it if you want to get this kind of stuff... that's the way it is, it's sad but true

Thousands? How many lessons will that get you? Here its £20 a lesson and you pay about £80 in all for a test
Just the stuff you must have/pay for (the actual test, driving on a slippery road, nightdriving and a "longdriving thing") will set you back about a thousand pounds. Lessons cost 40 punds, and many people will need quite a few of those.

Well, I wouldn't mind being starving and thirsty for 6 hours if I got a full license out of it ;)

Torks, 40 squid a lesson thats some going! I'd have emigrated to the Uk for a few months, passed and gone home :D

Yeah, my girlfriend took a bunch of lessons abroad, and no wonder, it's simply way too expensive now. Most of the people getting licenses are young people, who simply doesn't have that kind of money. I'd have no chance of affording it without financial aid from my parents, and people who are poorer off must probably save up a long time to get their lessons.

the problem was when I finish the row...when I was the next person to do the test (because I didn't do one test, but I did the theoretical one...) well the guard (he was the person who gave the numbers to get into the place)
said me... I don't have more numbers... so come tomorrow... then I got mad and all people behind me started to fight etc...

I did a lot of things to get my license... maybe it was wrong paid for it... but it's not THAT ilegal either... everybody do it

I didn't even have to take a lesson to get my driver's license. All I had to do was drive 50 hours with my parents, and take the road test. Bingo, I passed it with flying colors. :D

There's no other mandatory stuff? That's unfair. :(

very. I payed 350$ in total to get my licence :(
I've already paid about £600 and have nothing to show for it but a theory certificate which is rapidly nearing its expiry date:(
