I will tell you on English as you'll probably easily understand and I won't have trouble finding.
That's usually BS that you find on youtube. You won't learn much from that and it's a pretty huge waste of time. There are more effective methods with that much time invested.
Having said that, you should try to find your own method, as people tend to find differently. But relying on that channel (yes, Ive seen it before) won't help you build a foundation quickly, nor you should rely on it.
