Yes ofcourse.

I'm pretty sure he said that part about italianize Inter because of the upcoming rules where you have to 8 players developed in Italy and 4 in your own academy/team from teen years til 21. They dont necessarily have to be Italian, just fit the above requirement, tho most will ofcourse be italian. For example Nainggolan will count as amongst the 8 domestic players since he been in Italy since he was 15-16 years old. Biabiany will count as an Inter own product since he been part of their youth set up from same age. Icardi fullfills the domestic part barely I'm guessing, came as a 18 year old 5 years ago.

Too bad I'm guessing Pogba wont qualify as one for us (domestic) in coming years, since he joined when he was 19. A year earlier and it would been ideal, need to spend atleast 3 years between 16 and 21.
what happens if we own a player but loan him out...that doesnt count towards years at club right?

Sarri named Coach of the Year
By Football Italia staff

Napoli’s Maurizio Sarri has been named as Football Leader Coach of the Year, voted for by leading journalists.

The Partenopei boss took over from the club last summer after leaving Empoli and has immediately managed to launch a Scudetto challenge, a vast improvement from last season’s fifth-place finish.

The prize was voted on by a jury including Gianluca Di Marzio and leading figures from media outlets Mediaset, Gazzetta dello Sport, Tuttosport, Corriere dello Sport, Sky Sport Italia, Rai, Guerin Sportivo and the AIAC (Italian Association of Coaches).

The Football Leader website explained the reasons behind the choice to award the prize to Sarri.

“For having led Napoli with personality and intelligence, giving a precise tactical identity and introducing a spectacular, winning and international game,” read the statement on football-leader.it.

“Thanks to his coaching methods and management he’s also contributed to the growth and enhancement of Napoli’s squad.”

The prize will be handed to Sarri during an event in Amalfi on the 24-26 May.

Only in Italy can you be sent off 3 times in a year as a coach some of which for arguing with a ref or insulting the other coach's sexuality and not win anything and still be handed top coach honors.
Watch them lose the second place to roma because Spalletti at the moment is twice the coach Sarri will ever be.

Pretty sure it doesn't, wouldn't Rugani count for us otherwise?
We didn't own him fully most of the time tho. First we loaned him for a season for Primavera, then bought him and loaned him back, then sold half of him half season later, and year ago bought it back.

Milan fired Mihajlovic....Brocchi appointed :D
Milan :howler:

As if Brocchi is going to make a difference with his non-existent experience.

And what's even more pathetic that they fire Mihajlovic after losing vs Juve, the strongest team by far, they even had a good performance.

What a bunch of dumbasses. He should have finished the season at the very least, it's not like Milan has something other than 6th place to play.

Watch them get worse.

Milan fired Mihajlovic ??

They gave us the hardest game since our comeback, and had more chances to win then a significantly superior Napoli selection talentwise.

What a retarded decision.

Brocchi coaching a bunch of brocchi @Mark @JuveJay @Salvo

Milan are an absolute mess. Gotta admire their blatant short-termism. Is there really a need to sack Mihajlovic? I actually think he's doing a pretty good job given the rubbish players at his disposal. Galliani and Berlusconi are doing their best to destroy that club. Painfully and slowly.

So stupid. They will burn brocchi like they did Inzaghi and Seedorf

It's crazy how they think anything is going to change. Everyone knows where the true problem lies at that club. Management is the main issue. Zero long-term planning, horrible recruitment, lack of vision. It's a mess, way worse than our Secco years even.
