They are basically just hiring cheap unproven non-top level managers hoping that one of them pulls a Conte. Seedorf, Inzaghi, Mihajlovic, Brocchi. Mix that with their mostly crap players and retarded transfer strategy and nothing will happen. Doesn't help that their stadium plans went down the drain. Selling their team bus made them a joke internationally, prospective players and business partners read the papers too. They seem to fail at everything these days.

Not so sure about their longterm future either, Mr. Bee seems more like a Thohir than an Abramovich.

From FIF:

On Napoly forum: We're gonna need Rube to lose at least twice and not drop any points in return. Almost impossible.
On Rioma forum: We're gonna need Napoli to lose at least twice and not drop any points in return. Almost impossible.
On FeeF: We're gonna need Rioma to lose at least twice and not drop any points in return. Almost impossible.

The same rhythm on every forums... Yes everything is impossible now. The table is already set.

I actually think the problem is with Barbara Berlusconi not her father, all the stupidity in Milan started when she took control. And she will live for a very, very long time :xfinger:

Nah, they all are the problem there. They were good when they had money because they could afford to just buy whoever they wanted. Now you can just see they're clueless because they have little to spend and they still splash money on the likes of Berotlacci. They simply don't know how to operate on a smaller budget where you have to find the next big thing rather than just buy a new shining toy.

I dunno man, their scouting used to be pretty great. They didn't just buy stars a la Real Madrid.

Selling Ibra and TS. With those two they already had such an ageing squad, it needed replacements, not revolution.
:agree: They could have kept Ibra and slowly replaced everyone else.

They have also been experimenting with poor coaches instead of trying to go for a more guaranteed quality coach.
