Probably because even now they have money they still aren't a very appealing team so to get someone whose rated they've got to overpay for one whose never played at the top level and is too old for other teams to want to gamble that money on. not everyone can just run the transfer market like beppe does

So basically him coming means they really wont have to pay this fee fully, its like this company will pay itself to get their own player to Milan most likely

I see Doyen Sports , make sense though. What I am curious is how these players when they come to Milan would be beneficial for this agency ? I mean surely, rather than transferring him to Milan, they could make more in millions by sending him over to Arsenal for example.
