I wonder what Messi would do outside of Spain?

Baggio was in Serie A at its peak and owning everyone. Messi is only part of a 2 horse race over there.
Just say you are joking please :D Messi is far better then Baggio, why bother.

Baggio was great, but his club career at top level ended basically after he left us (guess his age), because he became a journeyman that went from midtable club to another.

Messi at 27 is still doing insanely historical shit at club level in every way.

Blatant exaggeration. Baggio and Alex were playing in Serie A while it arguably had the best defenders that this game has ever seen and run rings around them, league where 7 great teams took part and almost equally fought for the title each season. It's not hard to be effective in a league where most defenders can't tackle, nor position themselves adequately, anticipate, etc...
:agree:

Because I enjoy reading your opinions but cool, I will leave you alone.
Would you like it if I mentioned you every time someone had something negative to say about Marchisio?

Come on, man.

You and me are cooler than Frank Sinatra's other side of the pillow in the dead of winter at the North Pole, but come on. :D

I'm not saying I don't love Messi, I do. By far the best ever, or at least easily on track for that. My argument is Baggio was lighting up Serie A at its prime. Which is why I asked "I wonder what Messi would do outside of Spain". I mentioned Sergio but he had a conniption so I will fight this one out on my own. :D

I only mention you when I

A.) Want your opinion on something.
B.) Or rock n roll related

----

Disclaimer: Yes, every time someone mentions a negative about Marchisio I need someone to mention me so I can address the issue. @Jihadi John has been slack recently and someone needs to carry on the tradition :D

Why should there even be an argument when Messi is better in every way? Baggio was my first football love, my first emotional footie moment was crying as a kid because he missed that pk. But there is zero reason to search for arguments besides just playing the devils advocate out of boredom, Messi would dominate that period's Serie A still, he is just that kind of quality of player thats above others.

Dude Morata is better than Higuain already. Morata is better than Diego Costa already. Morata is as good as raul was.

Also Del Piero is a better player than Messi so obviously he is going to be better than Baggio. Its a Tardfest in here.
actually u are the one that exaggerates. so someone said the above, but u keep mentioning it like the entire forum believes the same thing.

let it go man.

Yeah, no one ever actually said those things Hist continiously mentions. Maybe one troll or lunatic, but it was never anyewhere near a widely accepted opinion or anything.

Yeah thats very true Lion, its at best 1 or two posters that said those individual statements in very overexcited moments, and Hist bands it around like everyone does it all the time. Even if this place is filled with people who say similarly unreasonable stuff, just not about Morata specifically.

But you got to acknowledge Morata>Higuain. As a matter of fact fuck every striker not named Cavani, all of them are a waste, I'm thoroughly content with Morata and want him to retire here.

I would slap the ganja outta your lungs if you said that to me face to face, you too young and dumb to witnessed his magic as a player :p
He's a waste

The amount of times I watched that video of his miss, and I died of laughter, it's too many to count.

All I need to know is that, that fake Buddhist got his #10 shirt confiscated by the better player, Ale.

My dad loves Baggio, but man I tell him the same thing, a waste is meant to be forgotten with time. Baggio will be remembered for wasting.
