Can Conte coach another Serie A team already this season? When does the block apply? when the season starts or when the pre-season starts?

In theory Conte could coach another team this season, though I'm not entirely sure when the cut-off is in general.

Donadoni, for instance, was sacked by Cagliari during pre-season before the 11/12 season. He was then appointed by Parma halfway through that season. I guess the block only applies if you actually coach a team in an official match.

There will have been conditions attached to Conte's departure, though. Since Juve have agreed to release Conte from his contract a year early on the basis that he was fatigued, there is every chance they will have insisted that he not take another club job (certainly in Italy, possibly anywhere) through the period his contract was meant to run.
