If we buy a shitload of better players this summer we might go for the coppa next year..

having Menez instead of Peluso and so on would make it impossible to field a shitty team :p

If Serie A teams don't care about EL, it's their own fault. You can't downplay Germany's co-efficient points just because of Italians' mentality.
You're right.

But, my point was that you don't need a competition like EL in which teams from Serie A are not intetested to show that SPL is stronger. You just need to look at RM, Barca and AM and see that they are better than any team in Italy.

We're in agreement then.

Caceres still sucks though. :p

Wrote a new piece on my blog about Serie A and how it has to change it's TV scheduling in order to attract viewers in Asia.

Any feedback would be appreciated :D
Agree with Thohir, they should really reschedule the time and get better English commentators. Probably can sign up Andy Gray and HD definition please.

I assume you are in Philippines?

And saying Italian teams don't take international cups seriously is such a sad excuse. It's not true. Teams like Lazio and Udinese go out early because they aren't good enough. Not because they care more about the league.
Well, it is true. Don't know if you watched Udinese games is EL but they played with a second string of players. Of course, they go out early because they aren't good enough as you said but at the same time they are underperforming because of not taking the EL seriously. It's a disgrace that a team like Udinese can't get to group stage and Lazio past Łudogorec Razgrad.
They are supposed to go out early, but not THIS early.

La Liga is the current best league in Europe.
No doubt about that.
All the other leagues are so far behind that it is not even funny.

You should've asked though, it's about time. It makes me laugh when someone like you talking how La Liga is better than Serie A just because they have three very strong teams. Barca, Real and Atletico. How about other ones? There are 17 of them still left. You remember that at least? You win champs by defeating provincial teams, not just the best ones. Why did you mods even gave a name of "La i beat you 8-0 league" to that topic after all? Of course, I'm talking about the perspective of football, not stadiums, infrastructure and etc.

I accept that this league is in a downfall, but c'mon it ain't that shit.
Have you seen how much Spain has dominated Europe these last years, In both CHL and EL? I guess not.

Dortmund better than Serie A teams? BVB is very overrated nowadays
Napoli > Dortmund. :agree:

What about the EL part. It's way more difficult to stay in Serie A than in the La liga. Some teams even gets destroyed by 8 goals
BS. When did this happen this season?

shitty minor italian teams shitting on their league, everybody thinks they have a player worth psg arab money like Pastore on their hands

can't wait for foreign big money teams to realize that Italian talents frmo smaller teams are not worth the money they ask for, and instead go back to raiding France or looking towards Germany.. and seeing how lamela, pastore, sanchez and jovetic failed compared to the ridiculous price tags, I think the prices will come back down soon.
