We are more than happy to win Serie A every year, but what we are asking for is more of an effort in Europe, for the team to show more ambition and desire to succeed. Having reached the QF of the CL last year, we were expecting a similar campaign. Alas, it wasn't to be. Now that we are in the EL, and the final is being played in our stadium, we are hoping for a serious and concerted effort to reach the final, and considering the level of opposition in the competition, it is not an unreasonable request.

No one is demanding, or even expecting that we win the CL. That would be delusional.

Us winning the League Cup is about the equivalent of Juve going on to win the EL this season.

Given our group we were clear favorites to occupy the second spot. It's like what others said we strive off being not favorites and once we are considered a favorite we disappoint.
