how can people say napoli improved their defence? they lost campagnaro for free, bought albiol for 12mio and benched cannavaro -.-

and btw: if it was juve playing milan tonight the forum would explode with posts like "omg we are so lucky", "such an undeserved lead", "we will lose this game" comments. napoli had good first 5min, scored from a dead ball situation through terrible milan defending and got super lucky since then. not deying that they are strong but pretty much anything went their way until now...

And what has he achieved so far? He's still a prospect and nothing more.
Of course he's still a prospect & sure he could very well fall off just like other once promising players have, but if his performances so far are anything to go by, he will end up much better than Giovinco. He's already made an impact scoring some great goals for both club & country.

Sorry. Hype unsubstantiated with any proof yet. Insigne is still flavor of the week.

we got tevez but so far he's the only one that has really delivered. llorente is still a bit of a question mark. and ogbonna is still really raw.

napoli improved their defense, attack, and gk.
Ogbonna today allready showed why he is so good. Pirlo marked out of the game ? now we got 2 defenders who'll be playmakers.
That and he's a big talent.

Llorente needs time, but he has shown his quality, whilst tevez became as important as del piero in juve's playstyle in a matter of weeks

Higuain missed alot in Madrid, in Napoli Cavani took all his chances.
Sorry, what ?

Higuain has a truely tremendous goal to minute ratio at madrid, and in that regard, has been the best or top 3 in europe for the past 5 years.
Cavani is a better overall player, but in pure finishing skills, Higuain is better

Having that said, selling a player and buying others is easy

Keeping your increasingly demanding (wage+bonus) key players and growing worldclass talents, whilst doing 3 purchases, of wich 1 makes an impact, 1 made the biggest impact since pirlo, and one has everything to make an impact

Juve's mercato has to be the best in a decade

Stone wall penalty.
I dare say we've been the better side over the first half.

The defending for the goal we conceded was just:sergio:

Loving Poli's commitment, been our best player along with De Jong.

You've seen Giovinco 4 years ago? He was great talent, everyone were praising him, the next big thing, comparisons with Del Piero by many pundits and coaches. Similar is happening to Insigne and Giovinco at his age was even better.

I actually think Napoli are very lucky that they are playing Milan in Milano when they have so many injuries. Sometimes puzzle pieces fall in place for certain teams without too much effort.

I'll add something else.

Juventus would have scored at least one goal tonight.

That chance milan missed ? Llorente would have easely headed that home.

Make no mistake, this napoli has improved. Its a very dangerous team, but juventus has improved much more (frontline), and is much more allrounded

Do you remember 2008/2009 Giovinco against chelsea ? THE 2008/2009 Chelsea ?

Yeah, that's what I meant by my first sentence. It's possible he could end up like Giovinco, but if he doesn't he will be a great player. But atm I really like the kid.

I don't think he can become great player. He doesn't have it. Another Giovinco much more likely.
