Imagine an Anzhi Makakalaklaka-style post-apocalyptic scenario, where Elkann has decided to sell our probable starting XI to fund his expanding cricket empire.

Where would this squad finish in Serie A?

GK - Storari, Leali, Rubinho
DRC - Sorensen, Masi, Rugani
DC - Ogbonna, Magnusson, Gouano
DLC - Caceres, Peluso
WBR - Isla, Pepe, Motta
MRC - Padoin, Giandonato
MC - Pogba, Marrone, Bouy
MLC - Rossi, Gabriel, Büchel
WBL - De Ceglie, Ziegler
CF - Giovinco, Zaza, Boakye
CF - Llorente, Matri, Quagliarella
4th or 5th.

7th in best case. Midfield weaker than Bologna, no team chemistry and Matri supports terrorism.

"Prandelli to call 7 Juventus players for match against Argentina." - Gazzeta

We can expect Lotito to complain if god forbid some of them don't play.

Despite the Serie A losing a lot of its appeal in the past few years, one thing you've gotta still love in the Serie A, is the good old deep lying playmakers they have in so many teams. Lazzari, Lodi, Valdes, Pizarro, and the king of them all Pirlo.
