Football Leader 2014, the event organized by the Association of the coaches and sponsored by the League and the Federation, gave Napoli and the president Aurelio De Laurentiis the Financial Fair Play award. While nine European teams (PSG, Manchester City, Galatasaray, Rubin Kazan, Zenit, Trabzonsport, Anzhi, Levski Sofia and Bursasport) were punished by UEFA and other Italian clubs need to make some adjustments to respect the parameters, Napoli has had the best balance sheet for years: they have been in the black for eight seasons in a row, including the last one. That’s why the special jury awarded Aurelio De Laurentiis, here is the motivation:“To the sports executive that stood out for the shrewd, correct, virtuous and innovative economical management of a football club, out of respect of the new and current rules of the Financial Fair Play, becoming a model for the European sports landscape” In the period between 2011 and 2013 that was scrutinized by the UEFA Club Financial Control Body, Napoli had a 40 million profit before taxes, which means that they don’t need adjustments to respect the rules of the Financial Fair Play. Aurelio De Laurentiis won the prize for the second year in a row. The award ceremony will be held during the Football Leader 2014 event that will last from June 3 to June 5 at Grand Hotel Il Saraceno at Amalfi.

What? Their new owners are rich as hell, of course they will not sell their best players, they will definitely add some quality players to their squad, also look what they did with Pjanic - he only said that he could join PSG or Barcelona in summer and Pallotta instantly made him offer that Pjanic wasn't able to refuse and renewed his contract until 2018
Roma has always been a selling club. They sold Marquinho, Lamela and Osvaldo in a single season and replace them with cheaper alternatives. I wont be surprise if they cashed in Pjanic, Strootman and Benatia if they get a good offer. Unlinke Juventus, we are able to resist huge offers, but not Roma.
