Galliani: "Tonight, I will be rooting for Corinthians. If Boca Juniors win tonight then we will change the inscription on our shirt."

"I want to put the writing: 'The most successful club in Europe' on our shirt, if Boca Juniors win tonight."

"Writing 'The most successful club in Europe' on our shirt seems like a good suggestion. I will evaluate it."

He actually said that?

Galliani: Milan market is closed
By Football Italia staff

Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has suggested that his club’s transfer activity for the summer has already come to an end.

“Our transfer market has closed,” the official stated on Wednesday when asked about the club’s immediate plans.

“We have already made our signing. The decision to keep Thiago Silva was our big move and it closed our market.”

There were suggestions that the Diavolo were still looking for a defensive central midfielder, but that may no longer be the case.

“There will be no changes in midfield,” continued Galliani. “We have nine players in there and we are complete.

“We are not missing a Van Bommel type player as we have Riccardo Montolivo [after his arrival from Fiorentina]. We also have Massimo Ambrosini who can play in that role.”

Galliani did, however, concede that the club could consider selling left-back Djamel Mesbah to newly promoted Torino.

“We don’t have an intention to sell anyone, but we’ll have to see about Mesbah,” he continued. “Will Angelo Ogbonna be a part of the Mesbah deal? No, not at all.

“If we do sell someone then it won’t be one of our high profile players.”

I think they'll challange for the scudetto.

If they dont have a lot of injuries like last year and guys like Boateng and Cassano stay fit, they aren't that awful.

They'll challenge, because they still have top players at either end of the team. Ibrahimovic will still scare the minnows shitless. Only once he stops doing that will they really suffer. If they have Cassano and Pato fit it's a formidable attack.

Who was it from tuz that said Silva to PSG just was a publicity stunt, and they would keep him and hail him as their top signing?

Spot on
