With Sneijder and Alvarez injured, I'm not sure what you expected him to do.

Negative football is all he knows. With an Inter side that's just giving up goals his one game plan is failing.

Their team has so little pace that I don't see how there is an option to do anything other than play quite negatively.

If he allows his team to get involved in an open game, any decent team is going to cut them apart.

Everyone should. He's the biggest threat in Milan, and the team seems to play slightly badly without him. Losing him for 3 games should be a boon for their opponents.

Going from Motta to Palombo, pocketing 10m and saving another million or two in wages is something Inter probably had to do.
