Decent effort from Chievo.

They played well enough to create far more chances than Milan, just a shame they didn't get the break they needed to get a goal or two.

Chievo seemed to lose belief that they could score after the chances they missed at the start of the second half.

Milan also closed down the flanks better once El Shaarawy came on for Gattuso, which made it much harder for Chievo to work the ball forward into dangerous areas.

Goodness knows what Milan would have done if they hadn't got that early goal out of nothing, because they clearly didn't have the energy to really control the game or to try and chase a goal.

What's funny? Would any of you touch a sweaty Muntari shirt? At least the boy dared to touch it.
It's comical because Muntari believes that offering his shirt to the lad will be a momentous occasion for him, but instead he just tries to give it back to him. Whether or not the kid was trying to be rude is not important, it still looks funny.

Kinda reminds me of the Pepsi ad during the nineties where the kid asks for Beckham's jersey only to use it to wipe the top of his Pepsi can, then revealing that he's wearing a Juve t-shirt :D

Do you know what year? I'd like to see it.

I liked Chievo last night. Even though they got nothing out of it, they gave Milan a real battle all over the pitch. Milan players will look more tired come next week when they play Malesani's Genoa.

Malesani's teams usually love to show up against big teams IIRC :xfinger:
