Rubbish back-up, rubbish player in general regardles of the situation. The thing is Moggi made mistakes too, Salas as an example, letting Henry go and so on. Nobody is perfect but Marotta seems to be rubbish in his signings of players that's why there is an endless call for Moggi

Guidolin rejects Juventus links
Francesco Guidolin has ruled out leaving Udinese to take charge of Juventus at the end of the season.

The 55-year-old has worked miracles in Friuli, leading his side to fourth place in Serie A.

Udinese play the best football in Italy and they demonstrated that once again on Sunday with a 4-0 win against Cagliari.

Speaking to Radio Sportiva, Guidolin said: “I am happy in Udine. I work willingly and I hope to stay here and plan for the future.

“At my age it doesn't interest me anymore if I am linked or not with a big club.

“Maybe at 40 I got angry because I saw people who had done less than me get more opportunities, but today no.”

Conte's stock rises at Juve
Antonio Conte is now the favourite to replace Gigi Del Neri should Juventus decide to make a coaching change at the end of the season.

Juventus had pinned their hopes on luring one of either Fabio Capello or Luciano Spalletti, but both are committed to their current jobs.

Napoli boss Walter Mazzarri's name has been mentioned in recent days, but there are doubts about his character and availability.

All of which makes Conte the frontrunner. Juventus' former captain loves attacking football, knows what's expected at the club and was close to the job in 2009.

Conte is currently in charge of Siena who are second in Serie B and look likely to win automatic promotion to the top flight this season.

An outside bet for the position would be Gian Piero Gasperini, the former Genoa tactician, who has experience of working at Juventus' academy.

Yet another brilliant idea from FIGC. How the hell did they think this was going to work? Are they planning on buying all of the U-21 players?
they could actually call up every player that would not get playing time else ... this measure will be combined with the lowering of the maximum age for primavera teams.

so youth players will not be able to play as long in the primavera and thus (if they are good) play in the u21 squad or even play for their real team (if they are good enough for their own club).

Nah.

That would be bad for Serie B and it would be too physically demanding for most players of that age to play at that level that often.
