Milan, Inter and Roma are imo sure in top 4. Even before the season started those three being in top 4 was expected. The 4th place is up for grabs. Napoli stand strongest for now and probably they'll be there. Palermo, Juventus, Lazio and Udinese are too unpredictable. All of them with some unexpected strong run can make the 4th place (small chances) and it won't be surprising if they end up 8th or 9th after a very bad second part of the season. Juve have the best team of them all and looking at the players' names it's us who have the highest chance of such strong run. But it will take a lot for something like that. First of all it will take an action in the last 3 days of this mercato to buy a very capable SS to replace Quag's contributions. Then it will take lots of calmness, strong hand leading the team and luck with injuries in order to achieve what we achieved between round 5 and round 17. Doesn't look too realistic, though.

So Milan sign some young LB from Espanyol named Didac and the Espanyol fans don't seem to rate him and have no idea why Milan showed interest in him. Hopefully Galliani made a mistake here. :xfinger:

Pazzini sucks but knowing that it was said he is almost ours because of Marotta and Delneri makes everything just too wrong.
Yeah, can't complain that he won't be a Juve player (for now), but I'd really like to know if we tried to get him and if we failed. The good director has lots of connections, knows lots of people, talks with them, has dinners with them, gives them gifts etc. If Marotta couldn't negotiate with Garrone, then I don't expect much from him with some others. Money talks, sure, but negotiating skills and personal relationships are the decisive factor more often than not.
Not a fact for sure, just an assumption of mine, but I think that while Galliani can call Florentino Perez right now and have a dinner with him in 2 hours, Marotta will need days to reach Perez on the phone and it's a question if he'll succeed.

Not only that. You know who's working really closely with Galliani these past few days? Mino Raiola. He has gotten them Ibra, van Bommel and new Didac guy. Raiola has so much connections in football.

Marotta does not need to meet with Perez, he gets all the players from Serie A.

It's a shame to see Pazzo leave to Inter. Is this some sick way for Moratti to prove that he buys Italian players too?
I hope he fails miserably at Inter and leaves Serie A.
