Gattuso worried about Italy
Thursday 2 September, 2010
Milan midfielder Rino Gattuso admits he is worried about Italy's future because apart from Mario Balotelli and Antonio Cassano, there is little quality.

The World Cup winner was speaking to La Repubblica just a day before the Azzurri's opening Euro 2012 qualifier against Estonia.

“Prandelli's code of ethics is right. No group in any sector can go anywhere without rules. The first thing to do is gain the respect of the other.

“The national team doesn't lack a leader. Pirlo can drag people on the pitch and he is very good in the dressing room. And if a leader is someone who assumes responsibility, De Rossi is a born leader.

“Cassano and Balotelli aren't overvalued, but the essential thing is that they both put themselves at the service of the team and not the opposite.

“The problem is that you can count talented players on your fingers in Italy: Balotelli, perhaps Giovinco and Cassano is no longer 20.

“They blame the foreigners, but there are other Leagues who have many more foreigners than ours.”

Very true and sad words of Gattuso. Will go to deaf ears (though like the changes the FIGC has done with the appointments), because the higher ups solution are knee jerk BS like limiting non EUs to 1 and blaming foreigners in general.

But you have to admit that foreigners are usually the cause of most problems :agree:

None sgrarbo by Rosella Sensi against Juventus for having stolen under the nose before and after a few hours Burdisso also Borriello. This is definitely the most bang for the summer market along with Milan's Ibrahimovic and AS Roma president has wanted to clarify that: "As president and as a person working in this environment," read repubblica.it, "for many years can say that there was never going to do a snub to Juventus. But it is important that two players of high level as Burdisso and Borriello chose Rome. It means we're doing a good job. So, no revenge, but great satisfaction. " Burdisso Even then he wanted to publicly thank: "I thank the president who kept his word, are happy, the great defenders but Rome has already made me feel more important."

You are doing a great job beautiful lady. It's so great to see two champions like Burdisso and Borriello sign for your team
