Are you saying that Dusan is biased for Balkan players, and biased against Italian players??

Nice way to avoid his argument, instead of arguing against his points, you can just say he's biased.
Nah not at all. How on earth did you infer it like that is beyond me. De Rossi is reckoned to be overrated by some here with which I disagree. People say he is overrated only because he is Italian. Like many say Rooney is overrated only because he is English. Some people here seem to believe that every Italian player is overrated. It wasn't targeted at Dusan.

Alen said people wouldn't have wanted Pepe and Motta here (who wanted them ffs?) if their names hadn't been Italian and I said De Rossi would have been the best thing happened to football had his named ended in -ic. It still wasn't targeted at Dusan.

Maybe I'm blind but I see it combined

To say that De Rossi is overrated is the most stupid thing I'd heard in a long time. Had his name ended in ic he would have been the best thing ever happened to the world.
You are blind I'm afraid. Alen' name also ends in -ic kid. And I quoted Alen there because of the poor comment he brought up about us not wanting the likes of Pepe had their names ended in -sky.

Delneri - likes to work with Italian players
Juventus - traditionally has always had a core of Italian players
Likelihood - Juventus under Delneri might buy some Italian players
Epilogue- Juve falling further behind teams who care about quality, not passport. Juve not being attractive for fans outside Italy who want good football and success and don't give a damn if Juve are traditionally giving the core of a foreign NT. Juve becoming weaker on all fronts compared to Chelsea, Inter, Bayern, Real, Barca, Manchester.

Everyone is at least a little bit biased, lets be honest. I see Dusan and other Balkans always speaking in very fond terms of guys from that region, and fans of the Italy team and Juve argue positive points for Italian players when they are dismissed, it's hardly surprising.
Well let's be quite honest, Dzeko is a top player. :eyebrows:

Ok, tell me then, who would that be? I want name(s) because it was only me who stated this a couple of times already.

    Me, I wanted Motta.

Sorry then, "big girl", because you mentioned De Rossi and then out of nowhere jumped on Alen's head.

This is the key to your thinking. Well you keep your worst case scenarios in mind, obviously how we have been operating for 113 years has been terrible.

So you think we'd have bought Pepe if he was Polish?
No, do you think that we'd have had half of those 17-18 Italians in the team if they were from Sweden, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania or Belgium?

Not all of them, because as an Italian team it's normal to have some Italian players, but at least half of them...do you think they'd have still been Juve players if they weren't Italian?

Why do you keep saying that? We play in the Italian league and Pepe has attributes that suit that league and our team. If that Polish player has similar attributes to Pepe and is cheaper, then yeah. If he is a different type of player, no. That's what it comes down to.

The first 93 years don't count. It was the same in every country where 99% of the players were domestic ones. Until the late 90's there was even a rule that prevented a team from fielding more than 3 non-domestic players. That only tells me that we had the better Italian players compared to the other Italian teams so we ended up winning more scudetti than the rest.

But today it's different and only teams like Bilbao care about the nationality. The others look for quality. Teams are becoming global brands.

Which Italian signings that we've made do you disagree with because they lack qualities which the team needs?

Lanzafame probably, but he didn't cost a thing so we could go out to spend on a player like Krasic.

If anything, it's the Martínez signing that's most retarded out of all the ones we've made this summer from what we've seen.

You mention passport, yet that's something which Barça are crazy about. Especially the Catalans, who want to be separated from the rest of Spain as much as possible.

But we bought the goddamn Martinez for 12m. Was he Italian too? He could have been easily Polish. He could have been from all those countries you mentioned. Your argument is void.

Did you give your password to Cronios, Alen? Because that's not you posting, I am sure it is Cronios.
Ask me the same at half season.

We won't be 8th of course, I was joking. Even last year's team with Ferrara wasn't 8th. But our defense will destroy every single chance we have for a high position in the standings.

Unless of course we change something in these last 10 days.
